This was the perfect spot for us. Very quiet animals were enjoyable and overall very relaxing. We would absolutely visit again.

Sweet little private spot surrounded by trees, horses, goats, ducks, & chickens. And, only 45 minutes from a gorgeous hot springs or 15 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants.

I loved the quiet and peaceful setting. The fresh eggs were wonderful. I would recommend them for anyone staying at this campsite.

I highly recommend this lovely small organic farm for the people, the animals, the setting and special little campsite in the woodlot. If it hadn’t been the 4th of July and the massive amount of fireworks all around I would call this the best place I’ve camped all year. Next time I visit it will be a less explosive day 😊

We loved Karissa's place! It felt like we were so far away from home but really it was a half an hour from Portland. Our host made sure we felt right at home and made sure we had everything we needed, including water and firewood! 100% we would stay again! Thank you for everything Karissa!!

Great location. We had a wonderful time at the campsite. Private, beautiful scenery, lots of wood to build a campfire. Our kids had fun checking out the animals, and our group enjoyed the privacy of not being ontop of other campers like one would find at a state camping site. We would definitely return!

We camped as two families with toddler friends and it was perfect! Nice little private area in the woods with a campfire. Karissa and her family were most welcoming and let us hang with and feed her animals, which was toddler heaven. Highly recommend this peaceful homestead!

Very cool spot to hang with Fam! Loved the animals and how accommodating Karissa was. She really works hard and really has a gem. We stayed in the RV part which felt private and was well equipped.

The tent site was great, felt very private even with the RV site occupied. It’s a great base if you’re looking to spend a day paddling on Estacada lake. Feeding the goats was an added bonus!
Karissa was very responsive, helpful and welcomed us upon arrival.

Can't recommend Karissa's homestead enough! She was very accommodating in answering questions, gave great directions/pictures, and everything was as advertised. Quiet and beautiful site with the bonus of adorable animals and easy access. Will definitely be making a trip back!

What a fun little place! The campsite was spacious with a great campfire set up, a nice picnic bench and the toilet was so clean and easy to use. We took a couple of young kids and it was great to be able to have the space to ourselves so they could be kids and have fun. We added the duck eggs and the animal meet and feed and we all had so much fun! The goats were so friendly, the chickens were friendly, and the geese and ducks were so cool to be close to! We’ve definitely will be back.
Karissa was very sweet and took time to make sure that we were comfortable, had what we needed, and answered all of our questions about the animals.

We loved the privacy at Karissa's place. She met us and was super helpful in getting us set up. Cool, thick pine forest to wander around and explore. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, very quiet, family loved the time spent with the animals and the fresh eggs. Easy walk to Timber Park with the dogs didn’t need to unhitch the truck. Park was huge and no one to be seen.
30A power was new and great along with water! We felt spoiled, most campgrounds you get neither. Had a couple bars of service with Verizon, and some TV channels. Great Host, very friendly.

We loved staying here, it was beautiful and very large private camp area for the trailer! Lots of trees and loved feeding the goats and watching the chickens!! The hosts were so friendly. Absolutely perfect place to stay and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!!

We loved the peace and quiet on Karissa's land. She was quick to respond and tried her best to make our stay pleasant. She met us at the site and showed us the best way to park for water and electric hookups.
The only two negative things for us was no sewer hookup (a $10 paid on is a hour away) and even with our RV having an internet router and extender, we just couldn't get a signal for internet. Karissa gave us her guest internet password but it was suck a weak signal that it didn't reach the back of her property. Luckily we have a projector and could still stream.
Karissa is a great host and we would stay there again.

I enjoyed Karissa’s homestead, having stayed a couple evenings, it was easy to imagine having a true camping experience. The campground/tent area is surrounded by a grove of trees and felt quite private. The farm was full of wildlife and yet non distractive especially for sleeping. I did not spend a lot of time on the property due to busy schedule, but would have enjoyed purchasing some of the homestead experiences. This was the perfect stop for my disc golf experience and I’d easily rent the property again.

We had a nice time. Nice big space for our travel trailer and the power and water were nice to have. The animals were fun and we enjoyed seeing them. Karissa was a responsive and friendly host. Would recommend.

We were having some electrical issues with our RV, she went above and beyond trying to help us. When we had to leave early because of our problems she felt so badly for us she went to her garden and picked us some produce. Such a sweet gesture, we'll be back.
