Tent and RV sites are about 200 feet from country roadway, with light traffic. Spots are available for full day shade or roaming sun exposure, for evening sun depending on locations selected to pitch. The property has numerous flower gardens, clear field meadow lawn, and riparian zones. The Williams Creek runs behind the property, access may be limited.Free to choose desired tent campsite on northern end of property, which has its own easement for semi-private access all to yourself. Water and electric hook-ups are situated centrally on this side of the property, with close walk to outdoor composting outhouse. Fire pit located in the backyard closer to the other structures on the property and campfires welcome here when fire season is not in effect. Property is dappled in Oak, Ash, Ponderosa Pine, and Madrone trees. Williams Creek runs behind the property and travelers can hear the babbling of the creek. Numerous birds and butterflies grace our property, including hummingbirds and song birds!
