This was a wonderful spot very close to hagg lake. Lots of areas for tents if you have a big group and it was great for just the 2 of us for a couple nights. The host was nice and provided water when we got there. I would come back for sure!

No complaints. Got exactly what we were looking for for an overnight place close to forest grove for the Tesky Bros concert.

Really wonderful spot with many places to pitch your tent if you wanted to come as a larger group. As a group of 2, it was nice to have such a large space to enjoy camping right off of Hagg lake. Scott was a wonderful host and super friendly! He provided water and a porta-potty and continued to check in on how things were. Would absolutely stay again!

We chose this site because of the proximity to Hagg Lake and Tree to Tree Adventure park, as a summer last hurrah for our kids. Scott and his dog Hilda were very friendly hosts, stopping in to check on us— Hilda is clearly a common camp visitor as she hung out at our camp for a few hours each day. It was thoughtfully laid out and had several spots for tents. Scott provided water and a clean portapotty. It was pretty dusty as we came at the tail end of a dry summer, so be sure to prepare for that. Overall it was a lovely experience and I’m thankful we had the opportunity to visit.

We loved tent camping on Scott’s property! This location is ideal for large groups. There are several large tent pads, parking for multiple vehicles, and it’s secluded area. We had 2 dogs with us who enjoyed meeting his small pup and spending time roaming the property. The lake has several access points within half a mile.

Scott is wonderful! Hilda is a lil joy! His site is roomy and close to lake. Great spot for group camping! Everything was perfect!
The only draw back was the area around the fire and picnic table is powder like dirt and with kids and dogs running around everything was covered inn dirt like we were camping next to a dirt road. We made it work and still enjoyed our time! Thanks Scott!

This place was absolutely wonderful. It is close enough to town to grab any forgotten items, but felt like being out in the woods.
The land has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger groups but still offer privacy. Scott was incredibly thoughtful and kind.
We brought some recreation gear to use at Hagg Lake, but this time, kicking back and enjoying the weekend at a relaxed pace won.
We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and care put into this camp spot.
Can't wait to return!

Scott has done an amazing job creating such a cool campsite! It's spacious and shaded with different levels so we were able to space out our tents and feel like we actually had some privacy. He provides water and firewood which is a nice touch and he's very kind and easy to communicate with (and responds quickly). The site is super close to Hagg Lake which was a fun place to hang out during the day. We would definitely come back here again!

Scott is an awesome host! He is easy going and communicates wonderfully. We felt that the space was private and relaxing. We took young children and there was ample space for them to exercise body and imagination, and with how the site is laid out, we had no trouble with them going beyond the boundary lines. It was a great time for us all!

We loved camping on Scott's land! It was a large space, had plenty of room! We had two big tents and a smaller one and there where still a few open spots left. Scott was very responsive and attentive to us. His dog was adorable and she had a lot of spunk! Right next to the lake. Overall will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Scott!
P.S. the firewood was provided and that was a first for us all!

Absolutely loved our stay! This spot is incredibly spacious – easily fit 4+ large tents, a car, with a lean-to tent with still plenty of room to spare. The campsites felt wonderfully natural and nicely spaced. The central fire pit area was fantastic, with room for two picnic tables (one provided), folding tables and more, which is perfect for building a magnificent outdoor kitchen - something we love doing.
The property offers an 'away from it all' feel, yet it's an easy drive down to the lake for fishing, tanning, and swimming or a quick 20ish minute drive to Bi-mart if when you unpack your inflatable mattress you realize there is a hole in it and you're lacking a patch kit!
We even made a new buddy in the resident chihuahua, who came around to say hello a few times a day, both to us and our two dogs. The fresh eggs were a delightful touch, and Scott, our host-with-the-most, was incredibly attentive, checking in, offering water refills, and even bringing extra firewood when we started running low.
Highly recommend for large groups and can't wait to return!

My friends and I absolutely LOVED Scott’s campsite! I had a group of 12 and we all had plenty of space for tents, coolers and everything else. The way the sites are makes the space very open which was fun since we had such a big group. I could see it being a very good site option for a family camp weekend as well. Scott was kind enough to supply drinking water and firewood. The lake is very close and we had a great time swimming, playing volleyball and paddle boarding. If you’re looking for a fun weekend outdoors, I highly recommend checking out Scott’s site!

Scott's campsite was absolutely perfect! There was so much wildlife (many birds at night, even a great horned owl!) and forest around us. Its a great spot to camp at if you want to spend a day at Hagg Lake. Once I saw how large the space was, I immediately wanted to bring more folks in the future with me to enjoy it. Great experience, and a welcoming host.

There is a real lack of anywhere to camp by Hagg Lake, so great to find this place. Camp area is private with several level tent sites. Portapotty was clean when we arrived. Host was friendly and greeted us shortly after arrival. It sounds like he has plans to keep improving the site, and look forward to seeing how it's changed next time we visit.

What a gem and little slice of heaven. Scott was a phenomenal host. He had wood, loppers, and drinking water jug complementary. Site was clean, bee free, tent spots clean n leveled. Very accommodating for large families and groups.
Beautiful view on the drive. Camp site .5 mile from water. Keeping this on saved on my favorites. Will be booking for all family gatherings. Wonderful host.
