We are a decidedly different RV park in Bandon, Oregon, offering sites for full hookups as well as van and tent camping. Amenities include strong Wi-Fi, clean bathrooms with full showers and coin-op laundry, a stocked BBQ area, soft ambient lighting, and covered smoking and cannabis areas. We are nestled among coastal trees just off Highway 42S—five minutes from historic Old Town Bandon and the beach, and ten minutes from the world-famous Bandon Dunes. We hope to welcome you soon!

Our private park bathrooms are known as some of the cleanest on the Oregon Coast—completely private and regularly serviced, featuring unlimited hot water, heating, full showers, and coin-op laundry. All b. side campers have access to our high-speed Wi-Fi. Our property is well-lit, clean, and secure, with 24/7 exterior monitoring and staff nearby if needed. All guests enjoy full access to our shared outdoor amenities, including: -- Covered cannabis hut and covered smoking area -- Shared BBQ grill area -- Picnic tables and open outdoor seating -- Dog-friendly grounds (pet fee applies) We are located just off Highway 42S / Highway 101, five minutes from historic Old Town Bandon and local beaches, and ten minutes from the world-famous Bandon Dunes. ABOUT THIS SITE The Tsunami campsite is the slightly smaller of our two tent/van sites. It is conveniently situated closest to the private RV park bathrooms and a pair of cozy Adirondack chairs for unwinding outside.

I loved the smoking areas, the bathrooms are amazing, when i stayed there was definitely not an abundance of towels; Understandable but i didnt have the quarters to clean any unfortunately.

I camped in a tent site in my vanagon with no hookups. Great little spot with clean table and chairs to relax in. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and roomy. Little out sheds were nice to hang out in and also had gas and charcoal grills to use. Well lit all night but I liked that to get to the toilet. Close to road but still peaceful and close to town. I really liked it

For our needs that night (to find a safe, peaceful place with a bathroom last minute) this site was great. All sites close together, but others were quiet. We were able to eat at the picnic table in the am and shower (there are laundry machines in the same room with the toilet and shower) and the host allowed us to plug in our refrigerator charger in an empty rv space, which was super helpful to us. Thank you.

Great Amenities and Staff

This was a great RV camp with awesome amenities. The site was well maintained, the bathrooms are heated!!!! with laundry and we’re super clean, and the other shared spaces were great for card games at night. The sites are not very private but we had no issues with noise and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. Incredible vibe and one of our favorite stops on a 10 day roadtrip. Also some great dining options in town!

Lovely location in Bandon. Quiet, beautiful grounds, lots of conservation spots where you can just sit and enjoy your fellow travelers. Especially loved the dog library (took a picture). Highly recommend for RVers who want a quiet place to stay while exploring the Oregon coast.

A gate for more security into the campground would make a single last tent camper feel more secure. The lights in the RV campground are pretty but would be nice if they turned off overnight. Quite bright in our tent.

B side is a small well kept park in Bandon with a nice setting that was close to things in town, the site was quiet and the amenities are good, we would absolutely stay at this place again.
