We have five acres at the end of a quiet street with the only traffic going to our neighbors. Our campsite is mostly shaded with large Fir and Cedar trees on one side and a Red Alder grove on the other side. Mid afternoon sun. Picnic table under a covered enclosure with lights and an electrical outlet. Site has 30 amp power and water hook ups. Local activities include sand dunes, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, kayaking, biking, surfing. We are close to the town of Lakeside with restaurants, taverns, grocery store and gas station.Park your RV on a concrete pad. Hook up to 30 amp power and clean great tasting water. On site picnic table is under a 12’ by 10’ permanent cover. Enjoy quiet privacy with very little traffic. Main home is 500 feet away and barely visible. Adjacent lots are large with quiet neighbors. Pick blackberries. Watch local deer and lots of bird life from your site. Many outdoor activities are close by as well as restaurants, grocery store and gas. Ocean beaches and sand dunes are close by. There is No Toilet. This is not a tent site. Self contained RVs only. RV dump site is 1/2 mile away at Tugman State Park. No ATVs, UTVs or SIDE X SIDES ALLOWED. this is a quiet camp.

Beautiful, lots of deer!

We loved this spot! So peaceful and beautiful. We were happy to be away from all the crazy Labor Day crowds. The dog was able to use the full length of her cord and have some room to move. We saw deer every day we were there. We drove down to Cape Arago and saw sea lions and seals, that was a check on the bucket list! Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us we truly appreciate the break from busy state and private parks.

The campsite was perfect! We appreciated the level pad for the camper, the privacy the site gave us and the location was ideal for kayaking nearby lakes and hikes to the beach!

Peaceful and beautiful

Didn't know what to expect when arriving at this place but it was really easy to get into. The drive up the road was narrow and kinda steep but it's short and the RV pad is right off the road and really easy to get into and park. It's really quiet and clean. Close to the lake and dunes if that's what you are into. Would definitely recommend it. We just bought a house and needed a place to stay over Labor Day weekend as campgrounds were booked. This place was better. No neighbors.

Wonderful spot for adventures along the coast. The concrete pad meant no need for leveling. Very quiet and private. Our hosts provided us recommendations of places to go and restaurants when asked. I highly recommend Alder Grove.

What a great find! In a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy. This is a great base to explore the sand dunes and the surrounding beaches. The site is paved and level with a covered picnic table
