10-Fold Farm offers a secluded, peaceful space where you can unwind and enjoy the beauty of nature. Throughout winter, there will only be one RV site beside the river, providing an intimate and private setting to enjoy the sounds of the rushing river. With access to the picturesque Molalla River, you can enjoy fishing, relaxing in the lounge chairs provided, or under cover of my "Cowzebo". 1. Click on "Select a site" and choose Riverside RV. Other's can join you with another RV by also booking "add-on RV". For day use visitors to your site, you can either add additional vehicles or purchase of one of my frozen chickens (in Extras). 2. Choose your preferred dates. 3. Pack up your RV for a relaxing getaway from the city! More about the property: - This is a regenerative farm, just starting. Last season I focused on chickens- alive (egg layers for your back yard flock) and dead (meat birds in the freezer and available for your camp dinner). Two cows roam the front pasture and my goal is to grow their numbers to be able to improve the soil health here at the farm.. -My tiny home is in the area of the sites, but far enough away to maintain privacy. Otherwise it is a private and secluded area. Because I live on site, I will not allow repeat visits if groups become rowdy or disrespectful. -There is ELECTRICITY and WATER on site. The electricity is through a standard household outlet so an adaptor will be necessary, and possibly an extension cord, depending on where you choose to set up. An outhouse with a compost TOILET and sink are available, but no shower. However, in winter months, the sink will be turned off to protect pipes. Water is still available from an in ground frost free spigot. -There is a FIREPIT for evening musing, don't forget your marshmallows. Firewood is available on site for $10/night with an unlimited supply (or free if you want to gather downed limbs). - There is an old hay wagon converted into a covered picnic area that I call the COWZEBO for use in bad weather. Enjoy a meal here with a great view of the river. - FRIENDLY DOGS are welcome. Know that my dogs also hang out here. If your dog is aggressive or timid, please consider other accommodations. - Check out my farm WEBPAGE at 10foldfarmoregon.com for more info.

Fireside tent site

Tent site · Sleeps 5
This site is closed from November-February due to the potential for tree limbs to fall during winter storms. However, the Riverside RV site is available year round. To plan for next season: There are only two "sites" at this property, though each site can accommodate multiple bookings. I am also willing to block off other sites if you’d like the place to yourself. Message me for privacy options. For people joining you for day use, please add an extra vehicle or purchase one of my pasture raised chickens for dinner. This site is under the forest canopy so shade is ample. It is nearest the communal fire pit so you will have easy access to that, though others may use the fire as well. It is down a slight rise so it feels separate from other sites on the property, though it is a spot that is closer to the neighbors who very occasionally camp nearby. There is room for two tents in this area. If you would like to camp with friends, then also book the "Add-On Tent site". If you are camping with an RV, please use the other site, however, if that site is full, I can accommodate an RV here in addition. You would then book the "add-on RV" site, but please message me so I can be sure to block this site for your timeframe. The river access is about 150 yards away. The bathroom is about 100 yards. Water is about 50 yards. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink (no sink in winter). Friendly dogs allowed. Know that my well-socialized dogs live here and will come greet your camp, so aggressive or timid dogs (or owners) should consider other accommodations. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.

Add-on Tent site for groups

Tent site · Sleeps 5
This site closed from November-February. For planning next season: This site is only available to those who have already booked either "Riverside RV" or "Fireside tent". To keep the atmosphere of the camp more intimate, I keep my reservation to two groups, one on Riverside, and one on Fireside. For those who have booked either of the main sites, but expect to have an additional tent, book this site for the additional tent. If more tents are expected, let me know and I can open up additional bookings. If you have any questions, about this, please message me prior to booking. There is no designated "spot", just an area close to your group. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink. Friendly dogs allowed. Know that my well-socialized dogs live here and will come greet your camp, so aggressive or timid dogs (or owners) should consider other accommodations. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.

Riverside RV

100%
(15)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 6 · Vehicles under 50 ft
This a beautiful, private place to swim or fish without crowds of other people. In the winter, this is the only site available, besides the "Add-on RV". There are only two "sites" at this property, though each site can accommodate multiple bookings. I do this in order to keep it to two groups who share the facilities, to keep it more intimate. I am also willing to block off other sites if you’d like the place to yourself. Message me for privacy options. Riverside RV site is a flat grassy space on top of the riverbank in a meadow. There is a private path down to the river, about 30 yards from the site. There is no designated "spot", it's more of a general area within the meadow. This space is the closest to the river. There is plenty of room for groups here, in fact come next season, I will be giving priority reservation to groups. If more RVs or tents are expected, you will need to also book "Add-On Tent site" or "Add-On RV site." For people joining your group for day use, please add an extra vehicle or purchase one of my pasture raised chickens. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink (sink turned off in winter). Electricity is about 50 yards from the site via standard outlet (no RV plug). Potable water is available about 100 yards away, year round. A communal fire pit is about 150 yards. Friendly dogs allowed. Know that my well-socialized dogs live here and will come greet your camp, so aggressive or timid dogs (or owners) should consider other accommodations. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.

This site requires acceptance as I use it for two purposes- to add-on an additional site for your group. Or as an RV option to the Fireside in the summer. I will check other bookings when you request it to be sure there is room for everybody before I accept. In the summer, to keep the atmosphere of the camp more intimate, I usually keep my reservation to two groups, one on Riverside, and one on Fireside. For those who have booked the Riverside RV site, but expect to have a second RV, book this site for the additional RV. If you expect to have tents in addition (summer only), you can also book the "Add-on tent" site. If you have any questions, about this, please message me prior to booking. Guests will have access to a communal composting toilet and cold water sink (no sink in winter). Electricity is about 50 yards from the Riverside site via standard outlet (no RV plug) but too far from the Fireside site to be practical. Potable water is available year round near either side. A communal fire pit is available. Friendly dogs allowed. Know that my well-socialized dogs live here and will come greet your camp, so aggressive or timid dogs (or owners) should consider other accommodations. River access is shared by all guests. Trash service is not provided. Please carry out all trash.
