The space was clean, spacious, and amenities were very well maintained. You can tell Amanda cares a lot about the experience of her guests. Outhouse was clean, provided with eco friendly dry shampoo as well.

Amanda was an amazing host! We celebrated my birthday at her property, and everything was absolutely perfect. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and always quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience stress-free.
The property was exactly what we were looking for, and honestly, I couldn't have found a better place to celebrate. We had such a wonderful time and truly appreciated Amanda's hospitality.
I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-managed place. I'll definitely be recommending it to my friends and family, and I would love to come back and book again in the future.

Amazing place. I went with 13 of my friends for my boyfriends surprise birthday weekend and Amanda was so accommodating and understanding i definitely recommend this place if you have a larger group lots of space and such a fun place too spend a weekend with your friends! Definitely coming back :)

We loved camping here. There was sooooo much space and a volley net. We're already planning a family event for next year and this is the perfect spot! Thanks for the laughs in the bathroom 😂. See you next year!

Incredible experience at ballyduff. My 8 year old son and I had the site for April 25th weekend. Cold, rainy weekend, around 0°c for two nights while on a fishing trip. The site is fantastic, isolated evergreen strip that has a feeling of seclusion I cant quite describe. Breathe taking view to the west provided two wonderful sun sets over the rolling farm hills. Easy to find and access. All amenities were stocked full and clean. The (s**t house) or porta potty was, as my young lad called it " the best porta potty I've ever seen in my life !! " impressively clean with lovely jokes posted and a very interesting old recipe book, I can confidently say I agree with him the best one ever! This site would be perfect for a larger group.

Great open field to play vollyball (net already set up), catch, frisbee, fireplace, etc.. while still having areas off to the side to pitch your tent or small rv that are shaded. Sheltered "kitchen" area with a large picnic table to prepare meals with your own stove or smaller bbq. Can't say enough about the outhouse. Clean, no smell, decorated, stringed lights, stocked. Outside an area to wash up with fresh water after you're done. Only drawback is we were only there 1 night. Great for larger groups of people.

Wonderful place for weekend getaway! Excellent privacy. Have garbage cans which is a huge plus. Most sites don’t offer them. Well decorated washroom, with sink and water. Off leash friendly, our dog was very happy.
Most importantly there is this beautiful pavilion, with lights at night and big enough for at least 10+ ppl.

Beautiful, well maintained site. Great for big groups or off leash pets. Amanda has put a lot of work into making guests feel comfortable and welcome on her property. The outhouse, gazebo, volleyball nets and night lights all over the site are great. Also very close to Ganaraska forest for hiking trails. She was also very respectful of our privacy. Will be booking again!👍🏻

Super cute spot! Amanda has put a lot of effort in the little things - covered deck with a big picnic table, volleyball net with a ball and some badminton gear, lovely little outhouse that was very clean (and well lit!) Would definitely stay again!

The owners are great and accommodating. The strip of land set aside for camping has three or four spots cut into the surrounding pines for tents, a fully stocked outhouse, garbage/recycling cans, and an outdoor wash basin with mirror. The picnic table is very large and has an umbrella. The mosquitos weren't bad when I was there in late May (I got bitten only twice in one day). I did feel a bit exposed to an onsite trailer and outbuilding in the distance toward the house, but not unduly. Their kids were running around a bit in the afternoon/early evening but weren't disruptive and didn't stray onto the camp site.
I had to leave a day early due to illness unrelated to my stay and Amanda kindly reimbursed me for the day, which isn't required by Hipcamp. Very happy overall.

Our go to camping spot! Hard to put into words how grateful we are to have not only discovered this campsite, but also to have been able to enjoy the long weekend on Amanda’s Oasis! We had a beautiful weather, Amanda is very welcoming and hospitable as always! thank you for the little note and complimentary S’mores we enjoyed every bits of it! ❤️

This was a beautiful hidden campsite. Definitely coming back with a larger group of friends. I would recommend this HipCamp to anybody trying to have a peaceful and quiet getaway. Amanda killed it with the upkeep of her property, nicely cut and trimmed grass, little solar lights around the bathroom and sites so you always see where everything is. Me and my friends would come back to just use the out house if we could. In all seriousness the out house was the best smelling most comfiest outhouse iv ever seen. Thank you Amanda for sharing your property to us for the weekend much appreciated!! We will be coming back.

It was our first camping experience and went pretty well. The location was secluded from outside yet everything was accessable. The lawn cleanly trimmed and we enjoyed playing soccer there. There was a fire pit as well as a washroom. The weather was perfect too. Thanks Amanda for hosting us. Highly recommended.

Wow! We loved our experience. Amanda is really welcoming. The site was superb. There was attention to every detail. We regretted not having reserved more days in this place. We'll definitely stay longer next time. I recommend this fabulous site to everyone.

I cannot express enough how amazing our stay was at this campground! Myself and four of my friends had the most incredible time, and we are already planning our next trip back. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how neat and beautiful everything was. The attention to detail in maintaining the campground is evident everywhere you look.
First off, the cleanliness was impeccable. It’s not often you come across a campground that is so meticulously maintained, and it truly enhanced our overall experience.
One of the highlights for us was the volleyball net. We spent hours playing and laughing, making unforgettable memories. The location itself was perfect for group activities, and we loved how spacious and well-organized everything was. It’s not just ideal for groups, though – we could see couples and families equally enjoying the serene and beautiful environment.
The nighttime atmosphere was nothing short of magical. With no light pollution, the stars were bright and breathtaking. It was a rare and beautiful sight to just lay back and stargaze, adding a peaceful touch to our evenings. The quiet location provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and reflection, far away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. (Still only 1.5 hr drive from Toronto)
The host was exceptional in every way. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.
In summary, this campground exceeded all our expectations.
