Our property is located just off the beaten path with 4.5 acres of land. It’s close to shopping and turnpike/hwy access but still has the out-in-the-country feel. We have a half acre pond filled with bluegill and large mouth bass, a hillside with apple trees and blackberry bushes, and a large gravel turnaround for easy access. We are close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park as well as multiple metro park areas for hiking and biking. Nearby attractions include Blossom Music Center, downtown Cleveland, and Boulder Creek—an award-winning golf course just minutes away. Wineries, bike trails, and canoe adventures await as well. Ask about renting the entire property for events: family reunions, micro weddings, group camping. There is also a two bedroom Airbnb on the property for those who aren’t the camping type. Message me for info. NOTE: If traveling north on Seasons Rd there is an 11 ft clearance bridge and you’ll need to take a route around.

Site 2 is located in the gravel parking area adjacent to the two-story gray barn. Stay for a quick overnight (2 miles from the turnpike) or stay for a while to enjoy the area. Our catch and release Fishing Pond is accessible to all campers with one site along the end closest to the pond. One community fire pit area with gas grill and seating. Multiple metro parks and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park is nearby with hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, rentals, etc. Blossom Music Center is a fun place to see outdoor concerts! Downtown Cleveland, Akron, and Canton are all short drives with many fun attractions such as the Rock ‘n’ roll Hall of Fame, and Football Hall of Fame. *** The driveway is the one to the right of the mailboxes. It slopes slightly downwards into the large gravel area next to the 2 story gray barn. Note our neighbors’ mailbox is there too so don’t be confused when you see their address on the mailbox!!

Stay for a quick overnight (2 miles from the turnpike) or stay for a while to enjoy the area. This site is farthest from the pond, closer to the road but has the largest turnaround space and is suitable for motor homes or rigs that are towing vehicles. Great for a quick overnight (2 miles from the turnpike) or stay for a while to enjoy the area. Our catch and release Fishing Pond is accessible to all campers with one site along the end closest to the pond. One community fire pit area with gas grill and seating. We enjoyed our stay at Sweet Hill. Very tranquil with the pond in a country setting. And so convenient to Cuyahoga Valley NP. Marcie and Jason were super nice hosts!

Very cool place! Nice bonfire area, pond to explore all the frogs, and quiet! Close to all the hikes at Cuyahoga and easy drive to Blossom Music Center! Hosts are welcoming and communicative :)

Camping near CVNP

Jason and Marcie's place was practically perfect! I was in town for a concert and needed a place nearby the casino to rest and begin following day exploring CVNP. It's peaceful and roomy, but still within a few minutes of restaurants, retail , etc if you need to run an errand. Marcie greeted me shortly after arrival and made sure I knew where everything was. She answered all my questions and was ok with me coming back late after the show. I was the only Hipcamper that night so I had the whole place to myself!

A very special first Hipcamp experience thanks to Marcy & Jason! ✨ They are such wonderful, generous, and communicative hosts who made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We loved chatting with them and exploring their beautiful property…from canoeing on the pond and spotting fish to picking fresh berries near our site. The location couldn’t have been better: perfectly situated near Cuyahoga National Park, farm stands, and plenty of local attractions/amenities. We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and memorable stay! FYI- RV dump is located minutes away at All Seasons RV

I loved the gorgeous pond and saw fish jumping, a cottontail rabbit, two deer coming to graze under the apple trees, and enjoyed dipping my feet in the warm pond water under the willow tree. Very close to major intersections which makes it easy to find, so there is some road noise (bring ear plugs if that bothers you) but this is truly a hidden gem.

Such a picturesque site... the pond, rolling hills, lots of space to play! The hosts were awesome. Our younger grandson was able to take the rowboat out all by himself, which was so much fun for him! We'll come back next time we're in the area!

Loved our stay at this campground! The fishing was fantastic—mostly bass, up to 16" or so. The grounds were clean, quiet, and clearly well cared for. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel right at home. It’s just a short drive to nearby stores. Definitely recommend.

We loved staying here with our 36' class A and towed vehicle. Hard surface ground (crushed asphalt). There was a little dip from the road to the driveway at the time we stayed. We got in just fine with the towed vehicle attached. We drove out detached. It was great to be able to fill up our water tank in the RV! Hosts are wonderful, nice, and very helpful with giving local suggestions. Beautiful landscape and pond. We were the only ones there and used the community fire pit. This spot was just 20-30 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park (the purpose for the stop). We would stop here again if in the area!

Jason’s land was the perfect place for an overnight pit stop on our roadtrip. It’s a great location and the pond is beautiful. We appreciated the flexible check-in for a late arrival. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed camping here. It is a beautiful property and the hosts were very friendly and super responsive. It was just as described. It is right next to the street, so there is some traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. We will come back if we’re in the area again.

This was a great place to spend a couple of nights! It’s close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and close to a ton of places to eat! It also has a small fishing pond, but in keeping with my horrible track record as a fisherman, I did not catch anything! I would definitely recommend this little RV spot to anyone!

Excellent location and beautiful property for boondocking. Close to Cuyahogo National Park, Canton, Akron and all the quaint townships you go through while going to your adventures. The hosts responded to my messages and were helpful and very nice.

Jason and his wife were great hosts. Notified us prior to arrival to let us know where to park. Lots of flat level space with a beautiful setting of a pond. Very private too. Nice fire pit area although we did not utilize it. Great location with lots to keep you busy. They gave us great recommendations of where to go and grab a bite to eat while we were there. We only stayed one night however, if we were in that area in the future we would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a great night by the pond in our tent! Marcie encouraged us to start a fire too and we enjoyed their great fire pit and comfy chairs. Great spot to visit Cuyahoga from!

Jason and Marcie provide top level hospitality on their beautiful property. Both responded quickly to texts and made us feel right at home. The fire ring overlooking the pond was beautiful. We will definitely camp there again when visiting the area.
