Kayaking, hiking, road biking, access to sandbars (including directly off of property depending on where sand is deposited this year - Will update for 2026 when ice comes off river), large open yard, hundreds of cottonwood trees, 50 amp hookups. Beautiful sunsets, pool and hot tub onsite - accessible for additional fee. Great walleye fishing and bird watching.

Easy access (20 mins) to north Bismarck to access Costco, Walmart, restaurants and the like!
