For adventure seekers, Canadian Hole, renowned for windsurfing and kiteboarding, is just 3 miles away, while the iconic Cape Hatteras Lighthouse is a mere 6 miles from our site. At Sands of Time Campground, you can experience the serene beauty of Hatteras Island while enjoying contemporary comforts. Our location provides easy access to local restaurants, shopping, the Avon fishing pier, and pristine beaches. The Food Lion grocery store is conveniently located just 2 miles from the campground, ensuring you have everything you need for your stay. We pride ourselves on offering spacious sites equipped with full hookups, including 50 and 30 amp service, complimentary cable TV, clean hot showers, laundry facilities, and a fish cleaning station. For those who prefer a more rustic experience, we have shady tent sites available.
