Welcome to The Barn Loft at Peaceful Pastures Retreat! The Barn Loft is surrounded by horse pastures, nature trails, a quiet stream and wetland wildlife. Experience the coastal NC lifestyle with semi-private access to the Cape Fear River just 5 minutes away, and access to the Intracoastal Waterway 20 minutes away! The Barn Loft is conveniently located just 30 minutes from Topsail Island, Wrightsville beach and Historical Downtown Wilmington. The Barn Loft features 2 balconies with incredible views of the sunrise and sunset, as well as a view of the horses and miniature donkeys during meal time. Peaceful Pastures Retreat is the perfect retreat to unplug and unwind.Welcome! The Barn Loft is surrounded by horse pastures, nature trails, a quiet stream and wetland wildlife. The Barn Loft is a finished space above our horse barn. You will find a large gathering room that hosts 2 queen and 2 single beds, as well as a full size couch, love seat and ottoman. A mini fridge, coffee pot, toaster oven & griddle combo, and an electric tea pot are available for use. Located in the Barn Loft is a full bathroom with a state of the art compostable toilet. The Barn Loft has 2 balconies, each face either the sunrise or the sunset. Guests also have full access to the shared open-air screened kitchen that we refer to as the huddle hut. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hot plate, a gas grill (grilling utensils) and a cold water sink. Located within the screened in area is a restroom closet with a flushable toilet. Outside the camp kitchen, guests will find an outdoor shower, a fire pit, chairs and picnic tables for your use.
