Nestled along the serene Cullasaja River just outside Franklin, NC, this campground offers a unique blend of tranquility and adventure, making it an ideal getaway for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy fishing, kayaking, or tubing down the refreshing river and gathering around the campfire to cook with friends. They can also explore the winding mountain roads in their vehicle, hike the Bartram and Appalachian Trail, go horseback riding, and gem mining in the area. There are 4 waterfalls within 11 miles of the campground. With its stunning natural features, nearby swimming holes, and a variety of outdoor activities, this campground is not just a place to stay; it’s a destination for creating lasting memories. Additionally, the local area boasts delightful restaurants and shops, ensuring that visitors have everything they need for a perfect getaway.

Spacious RV with two slide-outs. This RV features a bedroom in the front and a bunk room in the back. The outdoor kitchen is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. It features an extra refrigerator and a 2-burner stove to elevate your outdoor cooking experience. We also provide a gas grill. Inside use the stove or oven for some indoor cooking in in-climate weather. Make some coffee with either the single-serve Keurig machine or we also have a regular drip coffee maker if you prefer that. Enjoy a fire as you listen to the river in our comfortable adirondack chairs. We will provide the first night's firewood and all the fixin's for some yummy s'mores! Sorry, no pets.
