Hummingbird hill is our cute camping spot nestled under pine trees and amongst our farm inhabitants including horses, donkeys, chickens, peacocks and an occasional cat. One or all of these may make themselves a regular presence at your site.
We are located a short distance from the Walthour Moss Foundation boasting endless miles of equestrian trails.
We are a short 3 mile drive to Southern Pines and a quick drive to Pinehurst.
Your campsite has a 30 amp hookup and water next to a cozy single campsite with table/chairs and fire pit.
Easily accessible pull in and out with lots of room to maneuver.
This is a *working* horse farm which means you will see manure, bugs and dust. You may hear horses, donkeys, turkeys, chickens, dogs, cats and peacocks making the noises they enjoy making. There are tractors and mowers that may pass your site.
Well behaved, leashed dogs welcome with prior approval.
Paddocks with sheds available for horses for additional fee.Bring your living quarters and horses to the riding Mecca of Southern Pines. Stay on a working horse farm with room for your own horses (up to 2). Ride into 3000 acres of the Moss Foundation.
Visit with our resident horses, turkeys, chickens, donkeys and dogs.
