Our small property features two spacious RV sites and one rustic off-grid cabin—perfect for anyone looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy nature. Wander down the private trail to the Little River for fishing, or simply sit back and listen to the mountain breeze. We’re just minutes from downtown Sparta and the Blue Ridge Parkway, yet it feels a world away. Come stay for a night or a weekend, and see why folks say it’s the perfect spot to fish a little, fiddle around, and rest easy.

Check-in is easy with a lockbox on the cabin containing the key—you'll receive the access code before your stay. This allows you to arrive at your convenience and enjoy complete privacy throughout your visit. Other things to note While the cabin does not have running water, we've provided a 5-gallon dispenser with both hot and cold water for your comfort. A private outhouse, located just outside, is for your exclusive use, ensuring privacy and convenience during your stay. This setup lets you enjoy a cozy, peaceful riverside retreat while staying fully self-sufficient.
