Our small property features two spacious RV sites and one rustic off-grid cabin—perfect for anyone looking to unplug, relax, and enjoy nature. Wander down the private trail to the Little River for fishing, or simply sit back and listen to the mountain breeze. We’re just minutes from downtown Sparta and the Blue Ridge Parkway, yet it feels a world away. Come stay for a night or a weekend, and see why folks say it’s the perfect spot to fish a little, fiddle around, and rest easy.The Settler is beautifully situated atop our property overlooking the wooded walking path down to the river.
