More than 100 local restaurants are open and Biltmore opens Nov 2nd! Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway or need a place to stay while helping with recovery efforts, we’re here and ready to host you! The space The cottage which is next to our 100-year-old historical and charming home is spacious featuring mid-century modern decor. Full living room with gas fireplace. The bathroom features a claw-foot tub which also can be used as a shower. The cottage is private and closed off by doors to the rest of the house! The spiral staircase is for decoration only. Everything is on the first floor so don’t worry about having to climb stairs! Less than one mile from the heart of downtown Asheville. Large bedroom with New Cal King Tuft & Needle bed, living room with fireplace, clawfoot bathtub in bathroom. Dogs stay free! We follow all CDC cleaning protocols! Microwave, medium fridge, coffee maker and toaster provided. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment including free parking, WIFI, a microwave, and a small fridge Other things to note Bedding: Goose Down Alternative Hypoallergenic comforter Pillows: Premium Down Alternative Hypoallergenic Sheets: Luxury Outdoor seating and fire pit Duraflame logs are available for purchase at $5.00 each Dogs: We welcome your well-behaved dog and provide a bed for your special canine or if they are used to sleeping with you in the bed that's fine as we have protections in place and all bedding is always clean and sterilized. We also offer dog-sitting services. Carbon neutral: Your stay with us with be carbon-neutral as we purchase carbon offsets for our energy needs! Our above-and-beyond promise... If you are past the refund period and need to cancel and if we are able to book the dates you canceled with new guests, we will allow you to rebook your trip for future dates with us for ethe qual or lesser value of your reservation up to one year after the date of your original reservation.

You will feel like you are in the woods while being within walking distance of Downtown Asheville! A luxury Cal-King bed (that we call the 6K bed as that’s how much it costs) with premium sheets, duvet, and hypoallergenic pillows await you. Always dog-friendly for well-behaved fur babies! (Dog must not have aggression issues with humans or other dogs) Feel welcome home as you arrive at your parking space right in front of the studio. Walk onto your private deck with comfy reclined chairs and a peaceful fountain. Enter the private entrance to enjoy a spacious bright room decorated with whimsical happiness! Your luxury California-King bed awaits with premium hypoallergenic linens and pillows. Go ahead and unpack your items in your huge closet or the beautiful Mule Chest dresser: small fridge, microwave, coffee maker with premium coffee, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom amenities include Premium Eco Sciences Soaps and Shampoo that are safe for you and the planet! Soft bath towels, hand and makeup clothes are provided as well as a hair dryer. We have spent our lives in the hospitality business and know how to take care of our guests to give them a memorable vacation! We follow all CDC cleaning protocols!
