My property, while small and humble, is located in a convenient area close to many exciting outdoor activities. The land is about 2 acres and sited within a rural residential area. Nearby are many activities including hiking numerous parks and trails, biking the Empire State Trail, boating and swimming on the Hudson River, and plenty of restaurants nearby in Germantown, Catskill and Hudson. The Germantown Boat Launch is just 1.5 miles down the road where you can put in your kayaks / canoes, or cookout in the park.Stay in the Hemlock Cabin, clean and serene, a fully insulated, off-grid space, lovingly built by your host in 2021. The Hemlock Cabin is located about 100 feet from my home but sited for maximum privacy beyond the garage. The cabin has a full sized mattress, desk and shelving / storage, and solar lights / usb charger. On the backside of the cabin is an outdoor kitchen with propane 2 burner stove, mini fridge / freezer, outdoor hot shower and further afield is the Moon House aka the outhouse. There's a sunset view, ample trees surrounding the property, opportunities for star gazing at night and plenty of activities in the area. There are neighbors abutting both sides of the property but the cabin is set back in such a way you have privacy.

Stay in the Hemlock Cabin, clean and serene, a fully insulated, off-grid space, lovingly built by your host in 2021. The Hemlock Cabin is located about 100 feet from my home but sited for maximum privacy beyond the garage. The cabin has a full sized mattress, desk and shelving / storage, and solar lights / usb charger.
