Close to it all. FLX Camper is a simple camper that sleeps 5 and a great place to rest your head while experiencing all the Finger Lakes have to offer. If you're looking for tranquil, in the peaceful woods, kinda feel we are not that. If you're wanting a place to rest your head while touring all the excellent things to do in the Finger Lakes we are the most convenient spot for that. We are close to many state parks including, Taughannock State Park, many wineries, the Ithaca Beer Company, Cornell, Ithaca College, Hillendale Golf Course, and downtown Ithaca Commons. Stay and play in the Finger Lakes!FLX Camper is only 5 mile to downtown Ithaca. 10 mins to Buttermilk Falls, 12 mins to Taughannock Falls, 8 mins to Treman State park and Enfield Falls. Just a hop, skip and a jump to many wineries like Frontenac Point Vineyard (15 min), Six Mile Creek (17 min), Ports Of NY Winery (9min) We are just around the corner from Ithaca Beer Company (10 min). Our camper is clean, fully stocked for cooking, and a convenient place to rest your head while you're out hiking, touring and playing in the Finger Lakes. Only 7 miles to Cornell University. Please be advised FLX Camper is close to the road and in the mornings and after work hours the main highway will be heavily trafficked. If you're looking for a place of solitude and tranquility we are not the camper for you. We are best suited for the campers that just want a place to rest their heads because there's just so much fun to be had near Ithaca, NY.

Close To It All Camper

We had a great stay in this cozy but surprisingly roomy camper. Judy was so nice and quick to help. We had everything we needed, there are many thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The camper is in the yard near a country road that’s pretty busy during the day but quiet at night. It was a very convenient location for our weeklong stay, we would definitely stay again!

Close To It All Camper

What a gem of a place! I am used to more primitive hipcamps so I was really impressed by the amenities here. Hot shower, flush toilet, a big comfortable bed, a refrigerator and freezer and working kitchen- and only five miles from downtown Ithaca! I recommend it highly and will return when I'm in upstate NY again.

Close To It All Camper is a cozy, remodeled space perfect for a family of four, with a bedroom and bunk beds for the kids. The outdoor patio offers privacy despite being near the host’s house, making it easy to relax outside. Inside, the camper has a spacious feel with a couch and dining table. The best part is its location—within a 30-minute drive, you can explore Ithaca, hike to waterfalls, or enjoy wine tasting in the Finger Lakes region. A great base for a variety of adventures!
