Our night in the Tipi was such an amazing and unique experience. Cold weather ruined our original camping trip and I was able to book Lauren’s Tipi pretty much last minute.
It was so comfy, and furnished perfectly. She had fresh water, wood, fire starters, blankets, chairs, everything we could possibly need. Even the composting toilet was welcoming. No complaints here, except for the cloudy skies. Thanks again!

We really loved our stay at the tipi. Lauren was exceptionally accommodating and refunded us when we decided to leave a day early because of the weather. The tipi was lovely, everything was provided (firewood, starter logs, drinking water etc etc) and having an open fire inside was a very special experience. It's nicely tucked away in a small wooded area behind the host's home. The bedding was very warm and we stayed cozy. Lots of great activities in Warwick, Sugar Loaf, and the surrounding area as well. We will be back!

It was a Devine experience, it’s a beautiful tipi and the family are the best with great smiles and great hearts. Nice lil fire place inside the tipi I made alkaline shish kabobs. Waking up and going to sleep to the sounds of nature is wealth at its purest form.

Staying in this tipi should be on every camper’s bucket list! It’s the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and easy accessibility. Each night, I fell asleep to a magical chorus of tree frogs, bullfrogs, and songbirds—pure nature therapy. The Warwick area adds to the charm with great local restaurants, live music, hiking trails, and small-town vibes.
Lauren was a fantastic host—warm, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. She gave me a quick tour when I arrived, pointed out the essentials, and even offered a wagon to help transport gear to the site. Firewood is available for purchase right on the property, which made campfires super easy.
And don’t overlook the most enthusiastic greeters: the friendly chickens! They made my stay even more memorable. I can’t recommend this spot enough—I’ll definitely be back!

What a great little spot! The teepee is beautiful and is far enough back on the property that you really feel like you are in your own separate space. It really felt like a lot of care was put into the upkeep and decor, and the pillows and bedding were all clean and comfy. A great place to chill by the fire and have sweet dreams about little orange newts and pillowy green moss. It was a super short drive to Wawalanda State Park, which was also beautiful. Would 100% recommend.

Lauren’s Tipi is so nice and well organized. Water jag, lighter for starting fires, toilet is just in front of the tipi. We really enjoyed our staying and will come back again definitely!

We loved getting to stay a night at this tipi! Serene and peaceful, everything was clean and well cared for. Even the composting toilet - a first for us - was was great!

I found this amazing tipi very last minute and Lauren was realy accomodating eventhough I was pretty late.
It is in a beautiful garden, surrounded with lots of trees and feels very secluded.
Definetly going there again for some quite time a d highly recommended

Such a great find! My husband and I loved the tipi. The bed was comfy and the fire was so cozy inside that we were surprised to see frost on the ground outside. The outhouse was definitely a plus. A really cool experience, would definitely do it again!

Our family loved staying at the tipi site! we went to a couple of farms and orchards in the area and then had a super cozy evening by the firepit. The natural wildflowers lend a pretty magical vibe to the lot too ✨️

Lauren's tipi is a hidden GEM! So happy my boyfriend and I booked our stay here. Not only is it beautiful, but it's super clean and cared for and it's very secluded. Lauren provided everything we needed for our stay -- firewood, a firestarter, lanterns, clean glasses, toilet paper, hand sanitizer, water, cozy blankets and pillows, a list of recommendations nearby, and great hospitality! Highly recommend staying here, it couldn't be more perfect! We will definitely be back.

This Hipcamp is awesome! We had complete privacy and there were so many amenities and thoughtful little touches. We camped here at the end of October after a ton of rain. We were able to stay cozy in the tipi with a fire and all of the comfy blankets that our host provided. We had access to plenty of firewood, starter, and all the materials we needed for our campfire. There was bottled water and towels provided for washing up and a list of local places to check out. The bed was mega comfortable and there were plenty of places to curl up or sprawl out. The table outside in the garden was perfect getting some work done while getting some fresh air and we loved watching all the deer that came through the site. The bathroom has a sawdust composting toilet and is located close to the tipi. It was super clean and also had thoughtful touches and necessities. It was so cool to stargaze through the top of the tipi while we were falling asleep. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this site!

This was a perfect getaway from NYC! Nestled in the woods, but so close to the perfect Autumn town of Warwick, we got the perfect balance of enjoying the outdoors while still remaining cozy, dry and warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and they had everything we needed to build a fire inside the teepee which kept us very warm! Thank you for having us!

This was such a gorgeous stay! The tipi was very comfortable, the larger bed fit two people, and the cot was also a welcome addition. It was also quite private in the woods, so even though the house was close by, it still felt secluded. The fire pit is in the tipi, which kept it cozy during October. Lauren had firewood already available and a fire starter, so it was easy to get set up. The composting toilet was also very clean and easy to use. There was also a list of great places nearby available with instructions for everything, and I wish we could have stayed longer to check out all the recommendations! Really can’t say enough good things about this stay, and Lauren was an amazing host!
