35 ft fifth wheel ·

Spot was hard to find and by the time we did, we realized it is not suitable for a whole rig. We have a truck and 35 foot fifth wheel. This spot is more suitable for a smaller setup or tent. Host did not offer a refund for the fact that we were unable to use the site due to not suitable conditions to the type of rig the listing stated it could accommodate.

It’s just a random spot that you know you’re allowed to be in near ABQ, exactly what we needed! The dirt was hard tho so if you need to stake down a tent you should just use rocks or bring a tent without stakes

SUCH A GREAT SITE!!! I have camped quite a lot and this was such a great site!! While a higher clearance vehicle is advisable our friend had a sedan and was fine getting there. It would be advisable to bring some type of rake or similar to clear out small cacti in the sand under your tent, but even without no problem. Great view, great location, very secluded.
