Beautiful 2 acre property, green wild grass and alfalfa, surrounded by trees. You wouldn’t realize you’re in the city. Located at the end of a dead end road. The property borders a local acequia (ditch water way) with quick access to nature walkways, bike paths and the Rio Grand River. Lots of bike and walkways. 1.2 miles to the Balloon Fiesta Park. Excellent location for attending or viewing from the land.

Hidden Gem
To arrive here in the evening in the warm wind and relax and play fetch with our pups was just what we needed. It’s a beautiful spot. Trails nearby, quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

Great place to stay for thr Balloon Festival. You could a little noise from one of the roads but it wasn't too bad.

Great spot for Balloon Fiesta
Thank you for clear directions and communication. Some other plans had fallen through for us and camping at Cassandra's place was a lifesaver. Took a short drive to the mall for park n ride to the Fiesta and watched the eclipse right from our camping spot. Saw some balloons flying by in the morning too!

Ranch Oasis in the City - Camping
I enjoyed my time here! Stayed for over a week while working on a balloon crew during the fiesta. Was in close proximity to the field and was quiet at night. No other amenities other than a porta potty. Felt safe and the grass field was nice.

We dry camped two nights. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping, but still felt out of the city - nice and quiet. We enjoyed watching the resident roadrunner…
