Really nice spot. Would be great for a group of friends to book all 3 spots. Everyone would have there own site but you could all hang out together or have dinner at one site and breakfast in another. Great group overland site, Adv moto site, or group of friends in a car because it’s not far or technical from the main rd.

Quiet, clean site on a little brook with a porta potty as a bonus. Host was extremely responsive.
30 minutes from North Woodstock and Lincoln.
There is another site next to it, perfect for family or friends camping.

Great and private feeling spot. We loved the big level area, the stream nearby, firewood and fire-starter supplies, and the personal porta-potty. Owners provided very good directions for finding spot.

Great response time! Also very helpful in making sure we arrived at the correct site. Even showed us an in-the-works site to see if it fit our needs! The floor is very soft, so great for tenting. Loved the availability of kindle and firewood! The sites are a bit close; we thankfully booked when there was nobody else. Even though we had to leave earlier due to freezing weather, I would totally book again!

We stayed here for a second night on Priscilla’s land. The lookout was super cool. It rained throughout the night and we woke up to the sounds of water rushing down the stream. It looked like a tiny waterfall formed too.
So peaceful and beautiful. A site to remember. Looking forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved every thing about Priscilla’s land. You can tell she really cares about her land. Her location was private but still close to Franconia Notch and White Mountain National Forest. Will definitely be coming back. Worth every penny!

The tent site was clear of undergrowth, nice cushy wood shavings and plenty of room. The other two sites on the property were very nice as well. Will be going back.

Dugout (site 1) is a great spacious location. Plenty of room for multiple tents, teardrops, etc. Loved being next to the stream and listening to the babble of the water flowing over the rocks. Quiet and off a dead end, that leads to hiking up black mtn. Camp hosts are awesome, and care about the land and keeping it natural. Would go back again, in a heartbeat and highly recommend staying here!!

I loved the stay at Priscilla’s land. The spot was private and I felt very secured. Very close to good trailheads like Black Mountain and many more. The unlimited wood for the fire was a big plus. I would just like to have a trash disposal but we overall had a great time.

This was one of the nicest and most well thought out HipCamp sites we visited in our two week moto-camping trip. A lot of thought and care has gone into the site and we could feel the love they’ve put into this space. We used the tent site with two small tents and two motorcycles And it was perfect. Hard to hear the babbling brook but I wandered over to the RV spot and there you could easily hear that water. Highly recommended spot for camping.

Great quiet site for tent / car camping. Backed our car right into the spot, with plenty of space for our tent, firepit and cooking set up. Camp is near a lot of great hiking spots (Black Mountain Trail just minutes away), swimming holes, historic covered bridges and little towns. Really nice host. 30 min from Rek'lis brewery and great food. Stopped at Swiftwater Way station on our way to the covered bridge. Met the owners Phil and Franco! Great breakfast, snacks, deli - a hidden gem.

Everything was great. The site was very spacious, we had 5 guests, 1 at Bernard and were able to park two cars and pitch 3 tents with so much space remaining. Site and toilet were very clean, the firewood was very appreciated. We fell asleep to the sound of the river every night and it was so peaceful. Dog enjoyed the river a lot as well :)

This Hipcamp was awesome. The owner is terrific and did an outstanding job with the sites. This was the best hip camp I’ve stayed at as the site is really private, it’s large and beautifully landscaped. You can tell the owners love their property. Tranquil stream lives up to its name. Slept great with sound of the Brook right next to the spot. All in all we loved staying there and will return. We would have loved to stay extra days as this Hipcamp has everything you need. Highly recommend.

What an incredible find! Our stay at this Tranquil Streamside was everything we hoped for and more. Nestled right beside a stream with a tiny, captivating waterfall, the constant rush of water was pure bliss. We shared the site with our friends, both of us having 14-foot campers, and enjoyed complete privacy. The site itself was meticulously maintained—super clean with attractive, soft wood-chip ground covering. We were pleasantly surprised by how minimal the bugs were for July.
A huge bonus was the reliable 110V electricity, which powered our small campers effortlessly using our 30-amp converters. The thoughtful balance of sunny spots and shaded areas was perfect for any time of day, and the clear nights offered fantastic stargazing. The provided firewood was also a big bonus. AT&T cell service worked well throughout our stay. It was genuinely hard to leave camp, even with plenty of activities in the area, including hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing. This was truly a serene and exceptionally well-kept camping experience! We will be back!

The Dugout Hideaway was so incredible for my husband and I! It’s private and there were benches, a fire pit, and a great spot to set up our tent. It was so peaceful and we could hear the nearby stream perfectly. It’s also so close to Liberty Trail which we hiked the next morning. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a night camping under the stars next to a babbling stream at Dugout Hideaway. The camp site was perfect for our 2 tents and the picnic table next to the fire pit made fireside dinner easy and convenient. We really appreciated the firewood provided and the "cleanest portapotty" my kids have ever used!
This camp site was a wonderful getaway and close to all the hiking and sights around!

The fire pit overlooking the brook was nothing short of magical—sitting by the fire, listening to the water, and enjoying the serene surroundings was the highlight of our stay. The host was wonderful, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
