It's literally just desert. Pretty easy access by car. Do whatever you want out here and nobody will hear you. Throw a party, wedding, whatever floats your boat. Just pure quiet and sunshine for miles on end. Near the freeway but with none of the freeway sound. Walmart and shopping stuff is a short trip.
