Cattle and conservation ranch located on acreage adjacent to the Missouri River and state fishing access site. Hundreds of conservation and grazing acres available to enjoy abundant wildlife: pheasants, eagles, osprey, bull and rattlesnakes, ground squirrels, owls, deer, and coyotes exist amongst grazing cattle and horses. Beautiful morning and evening light in view of Charlie Russell's Square Butte. Full amenities in small town just 5 miles away. Third and fourth generation family members are restoring property to friendly use, so areas open to access are clearly flagged/signed.Original vintage ranch home with 3 bedrooms, 1 half bath (shower & sink), serviced portable toilet outside. 2 full-sized beds plus 2 queen fold-out sofa beds. Generous living room and fully outfitted kitchen with service for 4 +. Outdoor space includes a partially fenced yard and a hundred available walking acres adjacent to Missouri river, flagged for ease of finding the path from the house to the river and back. Pets are welcome to be off-leash but NOT chasing cattle/wildlife. Space is shared by owners who are upgrading/cleaning and restoring the property. We come and go in the basement and outbuilding areas and will introduce ourselves if we see you. Grazing cattle and many kinds of wildlife are abundant on the ground, in the trees, and in the river. Guests should be alert that this is a generally WILD area and to mind where they step to avoid burrows and animals seeking to get out of the way. Easy access from I15.

Pets are welcome in the mudroom (next to kitchen), but please keep them out of the main house.
