Welcome to The Silo. Once grain storage bins on a working dairy farm, these twin silos have been re-purposed into a brand new 2-story living space in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley. Three out of four original generations still make their home on this location which has transitioned from a full-time dairy farm to a host property. Acres on which to roam with your dog leash free (pet fee), a pond busy with birds & critters, incredible scenery, and delightful small towns along Hwy 93 await!

This site offers electric hook-ups (30, 50, 110) and water via our hose. This is a concrete pad. We can meet upon your arrival to help show you where to go. Firepits are not provided, but we can discuss your options to have a fire. This property is irrigated farm land. We do offer a 3 acre dog run that you're welcome to use. It's fenced to keep the dogs safe. Please pick up after your dog and please don't leave your dogs unattended. Our place is very peaceful!

We have 2 sites without hook-ups. These 2 sites are out in the pasture. We can meet upon your arrival to help show you your options. These sites are primitive, but you are welcome to use your generator. Firepits are not provided, but we can discuss your options to have a fire. This property is irrigated farm land. We do offer a 3 acre dog run that you're welcome to use. It's fenced to keep the dogs safe. Please pick up after your dog and please don't leave your dogs unattended. Our place is very peaceful!

Panoramic and dog heaven on the farm with a spacious motel-style room that can be a king or 2 single beds depending on your needs. The farm is home to deer, peregrine falcon, owls, water fowl, the family dogs, bee hives, and the occasional large herd of elk. There is a pond with all the bird life and critters, and you can roam with your dog on or off-leash in many directions. Other things to note: This is a large "motel room" style space. There is one king-sized bed which can be separated into two single beds if guest prefers. There is no clear way to portray this in the listing choices of beds, so we attempt to make it clear here.

As much privacy, or interaction as you choose. The Parlor Tearoom on premises is yours to explore and use for gathering. TO NOTE: The Silo is situated on an 80+acre lot that is home to the host's family and one rental tenant. While your time here can be as private or interactive as you choose, please be aware that there will be other people, dogs and automobiles coming in and out of the property. Guest access Guest are free to roam the 80 acre property with dogs. Please note that you many encounter other wildlife, people and pets. Other things to note There is a nominal fee per pet per visit which will be requested once your booking is confirmed. More details under “House Rules”.
