Campground is on private property, not a traditional campground, campsites are well spaced apart and each is different. One mile from Hwy 93, possible noise. This is a dry camp and rustic camping, sites are fairly far apart, ground is uneven. Two blocks from the Bitterroot river fishing access. This property is so beautiful and peaceful out here at night. Seasonal Spring fed pond, Ponderosa pine trees, fallen white birch, rustic and gorgeous. Some of my camp spots are on rough terrain. I always suggest you get out and walk around to see what you can manage with your vehicle. The idea of my place is more wilderness camping, there is wildlife that come through. RV camp spots on the east and west end of the pond. Camp spot out by the wooden round pen on the west side. Completely private, borders 2000 acres of a bird sanctuary. Two blocks from Bitterroot river canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swim, trails, hiking, scenery, and wildlife. My pond is spring fed, which means that is goes up and down with the seasons and run off from the snow in the mountains and collects cotton from the trees when they shed. As the summer goes by the pond levels go way down, please be aware of that.

      I want to leave a negative review to keep it to my self. It's a great place.... much more natural than someone's back yard.. She has the spots mowed, but the rest is brush and trees. Very rustic, dry campers will enjoy! Calling it: Dolly's Woods

      Had a great time tent camping on Dolly’s land. She was a phenomenal host! Her dog Blake is very cute. The sites were tidy and had plenty of trees–ours overlooked a little pond! Perfect quiet spot while on the road that was super pretty. The bathroom was clean and she had very cute decoration too!

      The host is wonderful and does a great job keeping an eye on things. The sites are well maintained (no services, as her info clearly states) and clean. Dogs must be leashed, which I appreciate, since mine doesn't like dogs she doesn't know running at her. There's space between sites so you have some privacy and breathing room. The setting is lovely with plenty of shade. If you're looking for a quiet, safe, somewhat secluded experience, I'd somewhat secluded experience, I highly recommend this! I'd go back any time I'm in the area.

      Dolly was so quick to respond. After a long, sometimes frustrating, day of travel, her place was such a welcomed site. Large site, #4, perfect to let us and our dog stretch our legs.

      Dolly was very friendly at the site was fantastic for a wildlife lover. There were deer, woodpeckers, nuthatches, and lots of butterflies!

      Site was super convenient to Lolo where we had a NICA bike race. Setting was quiet but a bit odd with a somewhat random collection of seemingly occupied/unoccupied sites. Met the hostess on our way through the tight turnaround and had a nice night.

      Listen to those reviews because they are RIGHT! Booked a month ahead as we are on a long roadtrip. This place did not disappoint one bit and Dolly was an absolute gem! Maybe the porta potty is a complaint in other reviews but it’s super well maintained and clean. This is NOT a bougie campground. It is real camping. Hope to make it back again soon and excited to see the additions Dolly wants to make! Xoxo

      Accurately described and communicative host who confirmed and accommodated a quick, late arrival. Privacy is limited in the sites and it’s a short walk relatively close and past house to porta potty. IMO, this is ok for a quick overnight spot close to town.

      Beautiful spot with room for multiple sites but each site has privacy. Quiet but close to town. Easy walk to the river with a nice trail along the banks. We had plenty of room at our site with a 22' and a 30' camper and a 4Runner. Make sure you're good at backing a trailer, though. The 30' camper would not have made it around the circular drive.

      I loved van camping a Dolly’s God’s country. . There was quite a bit of room for each campsite. The common area had everything one would need for a great evening fire. There were 3 white tail deer that went by our camp. Edge

      Dolly’s directions to the site were perfect and it was a beautiful spot to spend the night. Spotless porto potty and a hydrant for water were located right at the entrance to the property.
