Learn more about this land: So excited to share this wonderful slice of heaven with other nature lovers. The campsite sits high at the top of a pretty spectacular hill overlooking the tree canopy for some 20-30 miles. Get ready for some amazing sunsets. From the campsite the elevation drops nearly 200 feet to the creek below. The hike to the creek is about 10 minutes. You’ll have access to a wonderful beach and crisp clean water. Several hiking paths have been marked. The property has 2,000 feet of creek frontage. There is a maple grove, cypress forest, and of course many pines and oaks. There is no ada accessibility. Campers should be in decent shape in order to get down to the creek. You will be winded coming back up if you don’t regularly get exercise.

      Very primitive, not a negative. Some busy road noise. Pricey compared to other offers in the area. Quaint little creek. Small campsites.

      Too much real nature for glampers?

      A very nice primitive camping site. A well wooded site with limited spots to choose from. I chose the site farthest downhill toward the creek. Be aware that some 2WD vehicles may have trouble getting back uphill if it is rainy. I was there in May and mosquitos were moderately abundant. This is compensated by a comparable amount of spring birdsong and numbers of fireflies. More big leaf magnolias than almost anywhere I’ve been, a sign of a healthy southeastern woods.

      Had a wonderful stay! Beautiful woods and lovely sandy area by creek to relax. Great communication with host and great location.

      GREAT- very private, beautiful woods, creek and stream literally kills you to sleep, also great fishing.

      Absolutely beautiful property and beautiful views. There are accomodations here for small campers, though we we're tent campers. Beautiful sunsets here and the creek is lovely. Great place for the family to get away and relax and explore the surrounding wilderness.
