Escape to Woodland Hollow, a 2.5-acre wooded retreat near Mancelona, Michigan, where nature’s charm shines through. This private forest haven, still a work in progress, offers a shaded, breezy escape with a rustic loop road winding through the trees. Spot squirrels chasing through branches, frogs, birds, deer, and rabbits, and enjoy the natural ambiance. Just miles from Mancelona for supplies, Shanty Creek for golf, and 15 minutes from Torch Lake or Bellaire, you’re surrounded by hiking and mountain biking trails and lakes. Bring water and a toilet for a raw, natural experience, with a trail cam ensuring security. Take a hike to the back of the property (currently being cleared of stumps and branches) for exploration and the planned site of a future tiny A-frame cabin. Feel free to ask for recommendations.
