Enjoy over 10 acres of peaceful woods and open clearings—an authentic Pure Michigan getaway. Easy access with pull-through spots, making the property suitable for RVs and trailers. A bell tent is included with your stay, along with a queen-size bed and mattress protector. Guests should bring their own bedding, or they may purchase a bedding add-on that they can take with them when they leave. Pets are welcome, so bring your furry friends along for the adventure. This is an off-grid property with no electrical hookups. A Jackery portable power station is available for charging phones, lights, and other small devices. Guests may also bring a generator if additional power is needed. The cleaning fee helps cover 25 gallons of fresh drinking and cooking water, 50 gallons of hot shower water, one 1-pound propane tank for the outdoor propane shower, one 1-pound propane tank for the propane stove, eco-friendly mosquito treatment, and professional porta potty management fees. A complimentary first fire is provided—all you need to do is light it. Additional firewood bundles are available for purchase. To support our integrated pest management system and protect the habitat and land, outside firewood is not allowed on the property. Enjoy peaceful evening walks along the candlelit trails. A professionally cleaned and maintained porta potty and a convenient handwashing station are provided onsite. Cell phone signal is limited, making this the perfect place to unplug, slow down, and reconnect with nature. Additional add-ons are available, including bug spray, tiki torch fuel, citronella candles, ice, farm-to-table grocery orders, canoe rental, and additional firewood bundles. Located near beautiful lakes, rivers, public lands, bike trails, and charming small towns.Tucked away on 10+ quiet wooded acres, this rustic bell tent glamping retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeper, and enjoy nature with thoughtful comforts already waiting for you. Fall asleep to crickets and frogs, wake up to birdsong, watch turtles by the pond, wander the trails, spot wildlife, gather around the fire, or simply sit still and let the forest come to you. This is a peaceful Pure Michigan getaway where the everyday can fade away. This private site includes a spacious bell tent near the pond, surrounded by woods, open clearings, trails, and wildlife. Guests have access to an outdoor propane kitchen area, fire pit with grill, picnic tables, handwashing station, 25 gallons of potable drinking water, outdoor propane shower/bath area, 50 gallons of fresh water for showering, Jackery 1000 portable power station, pond views, trails, and a clean porta potty. This is an off-grid site with no traditional electric hookup. The Jackery 1000 is for light power needs such as charging phones, small devices, lights, or a laptop. It is not for heaters, air conditioners, hair dryers, coffee makers, microwaves, or large appliances. The 25 gallons of drinking water is potable. The 50 gallons for the outdoor propane shower setup. The porta potty is professionally emptied and cleaned every Thursday and refreshed between guests with complimentary toilet paper, essential oils, and fresh or dried flowers. Lighting makes nighttime use easier and safer, and a fan helps with airflow and comfort. Because this is a wooded pond setting, mosquitoes are part of the outdoor experience. We use repellents rather than harsh pesticides to help protect the land, pond, pollinators, wildlife, and ecosystem. Guests may purchase mosquito spray and tiki torch citronella oil add-ons, or bring their own preferred bug spray and/or tiki torch fuel. Please do not bring foggers. Guests should bring sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, toiletries, food, and personal items. Bedding may be available as a purchase add-on for guests to take home. Outside firewood is not permitted to help prevent pest spread; firewood must be purchased onsite. Pets are welcome if cared for and controlled.
