A nice location near Androscoggin Lake. With miles of trails behind the property you will find ample opportunities to hike. Our property in a Backyard Bird Sanctuary with a wide variety of species to discover. We have full hookup with 50 amp service. Our water comes from an artesian well 505 feet down. If you don't require the full 50 amp service then cost will be $30 per night. We can accept all types of vehicles and rigs. We can provide back in and drive thru sites.Our sites have full hookups including 50 amp, water and sewage. We have a 7 day max stay but that can be mutually agreed upon.

Camp was clean and well maintained. Most of the sites aren’t lake side (it seemed to be that way in the pictures for us), though there is access to the water. Folks who run the site are nice, and there is some room to walk the dog around camp. The shower temp was nice, and they are pretty private. Power worked well. Thanks for the stay while we were in the area!

I recently stayed at The Ledges at Leeds in my 30-foot RV and had full hook-ups with 50 amp service. Everything worked flawlessly, and the site itself was clean, spacious, and easy to access. The site wasn’t perfectly level, but it was a quick and easy fix with a piece of wood under the tires. What really stood out was the level of service. Both Chris and Mark were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They were attentive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend The Ledges at Leeds to anyone looking for a well-kept, friendly, and reliable RV camping spot.
