32 acres located in Appleton, Maine, with a natural blend of 4 acre field, woods and stream. Easy walking trails located in the woods. Bench overlooking the stream for a serene spot to chill and enjoy the wood ducks. Snowmobile trail crosses the field during winter months. Appleton is farming area as we are surrounded by small working farms and folks who live off the land. "Rustic Pines" is a perfect location for a getaway, yet close enough to the mid-coast area (Belfast, Camden, Rockland areas) to visit the local attractions (plenty of hiking, boating, biking and swimming in the area) and then slip away to the woods and relax with a ride in a horse-drawn buggy from the local farm down the road. How cool is that?
