Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and fishing lovers, this convenient location puts you close to the beach, where you can enjoy fishing, crabbing, shrimping, and other coastal adventures. The property features a spacious concrete RV pad measuring approximately 30 × 40 feet, with two 50-amp electrical hookups, on-site water, and multiple sewer connections. Whether you're traveling in a travel trailer, fifth wheel, or campervan, this site offers a comfortable and convenient place to settle in. Renting one RV space gives you exclusive use of the entire property, with the option to accommodate a second RV for an additional fee. Pets are welcome on a leash, and a picnic table and trash bins are available. Please note: There are no restrooms, showers, or campfire facilities. Guests must bring their own portable toilet and plan accordingly.Grand Isle is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
