The land was beautiful and peaceful! Me and my wife are new to primitive tent camping and I think this was a perfect start. It’s peaceful and got all you want in camping while not being too remote for beginners. We will be back for sure!

Secluded by the pond

A perfect quiet and secluded spot by the pond! We loved that Jake met us as we arrived and got us situated with wood and other amenities. We even forgot coffee and reached out and Joni brought us some for the morning. Having the pond and boats added to the experience and my husband caught some beautiful bass. The children and I loved the land and the trails of fields and forest. Will go back again

At the Pond

We LOVE staying at Joni & Jake’s! This is our 2nd trip to their property. The property is stunning with connecting trails to other campsites. This was super beneficial as we had our other family members camping at their nearby site making commuting back and forth super easy! Access to the ponds and fishing is the perfect extra bonus. The paths are well managed and clean with fresh cut grass. The multiple outhouses & water spickets are well kept up and much needed!! Joni is very quick to respond via the app & helped us with all necessary questions. Would love to come back for a 3rd time!!

Great spot, great hosts, great outhouse! My 2nd stay there, and both campsites have been wonderful. Love the remoteness and quiet. Some road noise, but less than other places, and no trains to hear!

Deer Crossing Campsite - Great!

Joni welcomed us when we arrived and the owners are great with communication. The site is close to Brown County State Park and is spaced out from the other camp sites. We enjoyed our time and the fire pit is really nice!

Hidden Gem: Peace, Ponds, Stars

We had the most incredible weekend camping here! Our site was perfectly secluded, tucked under beautiful trees, with gorgeous ponds nearby that made the whole place feel magical. Everything was clean and well cared for—the outhouses were spotless, the fire pit was fantastic, and having easy access to clean water and firewood made everything so simple. Paths were so well taken care of that it was easy to find our way around and hike and just enjoy the property. We loved the free use of the boats and had a blast fishing, and we soaked up the quiet and reconnected with the joy of *not working*! Sleeping under the stars was unforgettable. Joni was so kind and helpful, which really made the experience even better. Honestly, we’d recommend any of the sites, but our favorite is hands-down Site #2 at the Pond. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Perfect camping weekend

Joni & Jake’s property is perfect for a weekend getaway near brown county! They met us to show us our site & even had the fire pit loaded with wood already. Perfect place to let our dogs roam and swim all weekend. Bonus they have a restroom for all the sites to use! Couldn’t recommend more!

Jake and Joni were very nice and accommodating hosts. They showed us the property and we enjoyed the many activities they had. It was a little buggy so I would recommend bringing some bug spray, but it was very enjoyable.

Such a great site! A few other campsites on this property but you would never know it. We had a lovely private site, well shaded, campfire ring with grate for cooking. Close to outhouse. Lots of birds and nature sounds. Host was very communicative and friendly. This is a great place 20 minutes to Brown County state park, Nashville, IN, and yet private and in the country. We were in Walnut Grove site 4.

Joni and Jake’s land was beautiful! We camped at the pond, and even with being in view of their house, it felt very comfortable and private, and we were a very good distance from/out of view of other campsites, which was lovely! The outhouse was very clean and well-maintained, as were the trails around the property that we got to see before we had to leave to beat the rain. We had so much fun sitting near the campfire listening to the frogs! There were so many little things that made this place feel nice, safe, and comfortable - I’d love to stay here again!

Poplar Park (Site #6)

We absolutely loved our campsite! The farm was such a beautiful place, very serene and relaxing, while having fun things to do! I loved the ponds, trails and being able to see the stars so clearly at night! I liked how the campsites werent too close, so each campsite has your own privacy. We stayed for the total solar eclipse and had a perfect view! Created wonderful memories!!! Joni and Jake are wonderful hosts, they are very thoughtful, helpful, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed their good vibes and charisma! You can tell they really care about the place and the visitors that enjoy their special place too! Great spot!

Eclipse at Nay-Ture’s Hilltop Farm

We had everything we needed and more at Site 4. Joni and Jake met us at their gate, showed us to our site in their 4-wheeler. We passed the fresh water pump, firewood for sale and outhouse on the way to our quiet site. We parked our camper van on a flat spot above the picnic table and fire ring. We had beautiful views of the eclipse and we loved the bird song the frog sounds. Mellow, and fun.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying here. The hosts were very nice, friendly and accommodating. There was a lot of land to walk around. Bonus, there is also frisbee golf on site! They also offer generous amounts of firewoods too!

Great spot to spend the weekend. Sites weren't too close to each other and amenities like outhouses, water access, and firewood were conveniently located. The land is clearly well loved and taken care of, with extra fun touches like a disc golf course that we really enjoyed!

Beautiful site, friendly & helpful hosts. My dad got a flat tire & they provided recommendations on where to get it patched & offered their electric pump to get it filled. Stormed one night & the hosts made their rounds to each site to check on everyone. Would definitely come back to enjoy the land and pond again.

The campsite/property was beautiful and we had amazing weather for the end of March! Outhouse was very clean as was the campsite. The view of the stars at night was incredible. All around a very nice experience. We camped for 2 nights. Joni met us at the gate despite us being later than planned and showed us to our campsite + made sure to have firewood waiting for us at the site. My ONLY complaint is that we got no sleep due to a near by neighbors dog barking from 3am-6am both nights and waking us up. I believe it was from a neighboring house. This is obviously out of the hosts control, but did put a damper on our time since we didn’t sleep well.
