We are a quiet rural neighborhood with Mountain View’s. We are 10 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park and Lake Pend Oreille. We have one Rv site on the property. 30 amp hookup and water for Rv site. The property is 5 acres with amazing views of mountains and trees. Bike trails nearby. we are also within 10 minutes of super one grocery store, restraunts and urgent care. close in but secluded feel.Enjoy beautiful scenery with peace and quiet. We are 10 minutes from silverwood themepark and 12 minutes to farragut state park and beautiful Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho's largest lake. We have easy access off Hwy 95. If you are looking for a calm and quiet setting with gorgeous mountain views, look no further. The terrain is moderatly uneaven , typical of woodlands. there are trees around the property. There are some rules if staying here. No loud music or partying, no illegal drugs and campers must sign a release of liability and property rules prior to hookup. We will allow a propane fire pit but no wood burning. We allow well mannered pets on a leash. we are in a rural type neighborhood with close proximity to super 1 grocery store and restaurants. We are a short distance off the highway, very easy access. Our road is private and graveled about a half mile off the pavement, strict speed limit of 15 miles per hour. Host is onsite to help with any needs, or questions. Come relax and enjoy the fabulous view. we provide water, power 30amp and a picnic table.
