Escape to the hills of Oʻahu’s legendary North Shore with a stay in our cozy farm cabin. Just minutes from world-class surf breaks, Kahuku’s famous food trucks, and the Polynesian Cultural Center, our 7-acre organic farm is tucked away at 300 feet elevation, surrounded by lush green hills and stunning 360-degree views of both mountains and ocean. This is more than a stay — it’s an experience of farm life, natural beauty, and the slower rhythm of Hawaiʻi’s countryside. In the distance, wind turbines turn quietly on the ridgeline, contrasting high-tech energy with the timeless beauty of the land. The octagon hilltop cabin is the jewel of the farm As a working regenerative farm, we grow cassava, turmeric, noni, taro, fruits, and vegetables, and often have fresh produce available. Guests are welcome to join a farm tour, volunteer, or simply relax and enjoy the land. Whether you’re here to explore the North Shore beaches or unwind off the beaten path, this is a unique and authentic Hawaiʻi farm stay.Stroll up the gradual staircase that leads to Cloud Haven. This unique octagonal shaped cabin is at the very top of the hill with a 360 degree view, including both mountains and ocean. Built by monks and originally a meditation retreat, you will be sure to enjoy the peacefulness, quiet, and privacy of this special spot. Enjoy the sunrise view and cook breakfast in your private kitchenette, before heading out to explore the nearby north shore beaches, food trucks in Kahuku, Polynesian cultural center, or one of many close hikes. Cloud Haven has regular breeze to keep you cool and dark nights are perfect for star gazing. Sleeps 2, or more if you bring your own sleeping mats and bedding. Adjacent to Cloud Hale is a separate structure with a private kitchenette. Kitchen has stove, sink and basic necessities for cooking and eating. There is no fridge but we can provide a cooler. A third separate structure has a shower and with flush toilet. We are off the grid so sink and shower have non-potable water. We provide a water dispenser with a 5 gallon bottle of purified water. Tune into the natural rhythms of nature and the quiet of off grid life. There is no electricity at Cloud Haven, but there are attractive solar-powered lights in each building and we have a battery powered charging outlet for phones and devices. It is very dark on pathway up and walking between structures, so we recommend bringing a headlamp.
