Welcome to Tyde Water Manor, As full time RV travelers for 5 years, we wanted to give back to the RV community. Passing through the area and need a place to stay or park? Going on a cruise and need a place to park your RV but not at the port parking? Park your RV and have it plugged in to stay cool and keep your fridge on so your food doesn’t go bad. We have one pedestal with 30 amp and water (No Sewer, Self contain your black and grey water) We have one back in site on gravel by a large Bird of Paradise. We are several minutes off Interstate 95 if traveling North or South and need a rest. If you’re looking to stay a few days there is plenty to do and see in the area. We are approximately 12 miles to Port Canaveral (Cruise Ships, restaurants, beaches). Close to Kennedy Space Center. Close the Cocoa Village where there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as some neat shops. Plenty of areas to swim and fish are near by as well. Jetty Park, Cocoa Beach also about 30 minutes away. If your lucky enough to see a launch from the driveway, its a real treat. Or you can drive over to the edge of the Banana and Indian Rivers and park along the road. PLEASE NOTE: We live on a one way street with no turn around, so its best to pull down the street and turn wide into the driveway and open the gate (If we have not opened it for you). Pull all the way to the end of the driveway (or up to our Montana) and back to the west where the site is located. This will put the utility side of your RV right up with the pedestal. This will put your camp side facing the house. Then when you leave just swing out the driveway and east down the street (Ideal for motorhomes and small to medium trailers)

Quiet dead end street with zero traffic. Site is on flat and mostly level crushed concrete. With 30 Amp and water hook up. Fully fenced and gated front yard. Large Bird of Paradise on your driver side and private to your back side. Wooden blocks provided (if needed) for your jacks or stabilizers. *Please leave blocks for other guests that follow. Upon reservation request please let us know what type of rig you have for quicker acceptance/confirmation.

NO OCCUPANCY AT THIS SITE - Site 3 is a driveway spot. This spot is great for full time RV travelers wanting to go on a cruise or other trip and keep there rigs plugged in. There is 110 service at this spot. (You can not do this at the port parking). We are approx. 10-15 to Port Canaveral. Enjoy your cruise and don't worry. Your rig is safe and gated on private property.

This was easy to get in and out. Easy set up without a hitch. It was quiet and peaceful. It was a perfect place to stop in the space coast area. Just was communicative and helpful. Felt safe in a home and neighborhood environment.

Ideal RV parking

This was a perfect place to park our camper while going on a cruise. Having electric available meant not having to empty the refrigerator (yea!). The spot is very secure, next to the host's house in a fenced in yard. It's on a level paved driveway, easy to back into. The host, Scott was very friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our bikes and kayaks as well. It's easy to get to and not far from Port Canaveral. Also very affordable. We would definitely store our camper (27 ft class C) there again.

Tyde Water Manor - Site 1

I really loved staying on Scott’s property. Super quiet. Very peaceful. The family was also very sweet when we saw them. It was very nicely taken care of and accommodated all that we needed. Would definitely go back and stay there. I would recommend this location to anyone. Very nice place and very nice people.
