This Hipcamp was just what we needed. A place to plug in and leave our rig for 2 nights. No issues maneuvering our fifth wheel into the spot and ground was pretty level. We also had no problem locating the electrical and water spout. All good!

Gravel space next to small house in a refined business district. Easy access to beaches and groceries. Quiet, unbothered and a nice space to rest as we waited for time to pass to our next destination

Convenient and easy
Convenient location for an overnight or short beach stay. Just a few miles from a beautiful public beach. Also recommend visiting the Nave SEAL museum while in the area. Site had power (50A) and water with a gravel pad (so no sand!).

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights while awaiting another reservation. The site was clean and hook ups fine.
The only issue was the noise of the train.

Even though the pictures promised more, we were very satisfied with the pitch. The issue with the plug not fitting properly was quickly resolved by the owner. There is a train track nearby that causes some noise, but we didn't notice it at night.

In an area that’s tough to find short stay RV spots this was a God send. Easy to find, flat parking and close proximity to what we wanted to see. Even had electricity!

Dean’s property was perfect for an overnight stop on our travel up Florida’s coast. The spot was easy to find and back into with our 34’ TT. Pet friendly which was great for our three dogs, it’s in a neighborhood where you can walk them around the block. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. We also needed to change our date of stay and Dean was super responsive and accommodating. Very convenient!

the place is cleanly laid out on gravel path, with connection for water and electricity.. the area is, however, a small industrial area.. quiet at night, up to the railway embankment, but did not bother us

This location is close to everything shopping restaurants , the beach , McKee Botanical Gardens which is a must see and within 20 minutes to Summer Crush Winery a fun place to visit. The spot was graveled, level and the street was nice to walk the pups back and forth. Thanks to Dean for letting us stay there we will definitely come back one day.

Site was large and easy to back into. I would not want to camp here but it was perfect for a place to sleep on our way to the Everglades. Someone previously commented that a privacy fence would be nice to separate the dogs and that suggested had been done.

Dean's Hipsite was very easy to find, not far off Interstate 95. It's a super wide, level driveway with AC and water in a quiet neighborhood. It was very easy to back into with all the extra space. Dean was very easy to get a hold of, and came out to welcome us. It's located about 7 miles from the beach. We had our dogs with us, so we were able to swim with them at the JayCee beach, just off Mango Road in Vero Beach.

Neighborhood is light industrial but close to supermarket and roads to get you to beaches and downtown. Hookups are the other side of a big private stone driveway from a small house.

Good set up with plenty of space. Dean was super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond. Location is convenient and on a quiet street although the trains were loud overnight (didn't bother us much, but might others).

Easy back-in site for our 38' tow behind. Water and 50amp hookup. Only 10 mins from South Beach! 4mins from Publix. Overall great location would recommend for a few nights stay in Vero Beach.

Dean’s pad was nice and level. Convenient to restaurants and stores and the beach was close enough. The train tracks were close but it didn’t bother us! It was in an industrial area but no traffic. We would come again!
