Always a relaxing time at Spotted Dance. Very nice hosts and very accommodating. I've stayed twice and will continue to come back very my quick getaways. So many outdoor activities to do around there!

Spotted Dance Ranch
We can’t wait to go back to Spotted Dance Ranch! Kym approved us quickly and was very communicative regarding directions, offered info on nearest grocery, restaurants and more. (It was easy to get in and out thanks to following host directions vs gps.) John was super helpful and answered all of our questions upon arrival as well. Leveling and set up was a breeze. Everything was well maintained and cared for. Our dogs enjoyed stretching their legs on the property after our dog show. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere after a hectic day too. 1000% would stay again, but next time we hope to stay longer so we have time to meet the horses. Don’t hesitate if you are considering booking here. It’s a great place to stay! John & Kym are wonderful hosts with a lovely ranch.

Our 2nd visit, and, again, it was fabulous. John and Kym are great hosts... John met us and helped to park and set up. We were on the end closest to the road, and the view is magnificent (very rural with maybe 5-6 cars a day). The layout was well thought out with hookups and paddocks, with large water buckets... and CLEAN, very well maintained. 10 minutes to Winn-Dixie, restaurants, gas. 15-20 minutes to Brooksville with everything you might need. We love it there!

We were greeted by Kym upon arrival. The site was perfect for our weekend getaway. It feels like you are in the middle of nowhere with only the sounds of nature. But in reality, you are still close to essential needs. Kym and John have an idyllic property with 7 horses and a farm cat. They were wonderful hosts and conversationalists. John took the time to answer our questions about living on the ranch. I highly recommend Spotted Ranch to my friends.

We had an amazing stay at the spotted Dance ranch. It is an excellent site, with driving distance to many different kayaking, hiking and biking experiences. The site itself is beautiful and peaceful, with full hook ups, which you do not even need because there is an immaculate bathroom with a shower And a brand new washer and dryer. The hosts were awesome and the surroundings were peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed tent camping at the spotted dance ranch. Kym was very welcoming and could not have been nicer. The shower and laundry area are top notch if needed. This is probably more of an RV centric location then a true campsite, but was still very nice, clean, and quiet.

Spotted Dance is a great equestrian property to stay at. It is close enough to Tampa to be convenient but far enough off the beaten trail to be quiet and comfortable. The location and facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I hope I get a chance to stay here again.

We had a nice experience spending the night at the Spotted Dance Horse farm, despite the cold and rainy weather. The site was clean, and the bathroom, shower, and laundromat were all well-maintained. It's a shame we left early and missed out on meeting the horses, but we will be back soon..Thank you to Kym and Tom for making you feel welcome!

Just had our first visit there. A lovely spot! Rustic and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful trees and gorgeous horses in the corals across from the campsites and fun to go visit them in the barn. Thanks Kym!

I have to say, this is by far one of my favorite places i have ever camped. Kym and John are great hosts and their property is beautiful. They were welcoming and helpful upon arrival, very responsive and friendly. The property is peaceful and tucked away near the wildlife management area but still close enough to Brooksville. I didnt have any horses myself but this property is perfect to bring them. They have fenced in holding areas and very nice stables. Cant say it was such a bad thing waking up and seeing horses out my window every morning! Plus you can bring your dogs! There are hundreds of trails around the area to take them on hikes!

Kym and John are stellar hosts. Their property is immaculate and picture perfect. Set in rolling hills and far away from city lights it’s a great place for star gazing and it’s so peaceful. It’s is also close to wonderful hiking trails in the Withlacoochee State Forest. The property is gated and safe and the bathroom is as good as home. While Spotted Dance accommodates people with horses, it’s equally wonderful for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. We plan to visit again as soon as we can.

Spotted Dance Ranch
We brought our fifth wheel to camp here for 2 weeks. It was so peaceful waking up hearing birds sing and horses whinny in the morning. Kim was very responsive and if you ever needed anything John was always around. They were just far away from the city that you really felt the woodys appeal but just close enough it was quite convenient to quick grab some groceries or anything you’d need. I can’t wait to go back😆!

Spotted dance ranch is a gem. Both Kym and John are fabulous hosts and their property is gorgeous. We were not camping with horses, but we sure envied those that would ride out to croom daily which is literally right outside the gate. We loved watching the horses in the pasture and sitting under the oak in the evening. Thanks for sharing your space and time with us and best of luck. To my fellow campers who are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway, you will love this place.

I enjoyed staying at the Spotted Dance Ranch. They have done a lot to accommodate their guests, full water, electric and sewer was more than I expected. Kym and John were super nice and she was super responsive with any questions I had. Cell service (Verizon) was fine for phone and text but bandwidth for data was limited and they did have secure WiFi but since I took the farthest site away from the main antenna, it was a bit spotty also. They do have their own horses and just added 2 new foals to the mix, so that was special watching them. Very peaceful get away and almost no mosquitoes or flies that were bothersome! Brooksville is about 10 minutes away and there are plenty of hiking and bike trails about 10 minutes away also.

Great quiet location with all the hookups. Kym was patient with all my questions and very welcoming. My son and I enjoyed seeing their barn, and all the beautiful horses.
They were welcoming and very generous with their time and chatting.
Will definitely be returning, hopefully to stay in their little cabin for a weekend when the foals come.

Great Stay! The horses were fun to watch every day. Sites were a tad close, but the neighbors were good people. Utilities were also a little far away from our spot, so bring extra cords/hoses. John was great at helping us out when i didn't have a long enough power cord. Overall, a fun place to hang out for a week. :)
