RV pad available for short or long term rental. Includes 50 amp electric, sewer, water hookup, use of laundry facility, fire pit and WiFi. Bathrooms with showers are currently being built and will be operational by mid-January, along with a Picturesque, private setting on 30 acres but 10 minutes from I-10, shops and restaurants. River kayaking, walking trail and fishing available. Maximum of 2 people, regret no children due to water hazards. Does not include RV in photo, for illustrative purposes only.Stunning glampsite on the Shoal River, well appointed and private, with spectacular river views. A unique blend of modern sumptuous luxury and back-to-nature peace and serenity. Fabulous amenities including residential king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens, outdoor shower, firepit, barbecue, kayaks, generator, Jackery electrical system, WiFi, tv, fans, small portable air conditioner, walking trail and much more.

Darryl has an amazing location for camping. We had an issue with the app but Darryl was very accommodating. He has many options for RV and camping. The river walk is a must. Thank you Darryl for your hospitality we will be back.

A hidden gem.

You won’t meet nicer, more hospitable hosts. They’re working hard to realize their dream. This property has an island to explore with a marked walking path and lighting. The only way to get to it is via a floating dock. The owners are making improvements to the walking trail as well as finishing up a community kitchen complete with stove, sink, refrigerator and his and her bathrooms complete with showers for primitive and RV campers alike! You feel like you’re in a very remote place when you’re actually close to everything you might need. The property is filled with majestic oaks, cedar, magnolia and cypress trees. Absolutely wonderful! We will be back!

Darryl’s place was private and clean he had kayaks and a jon boat we could use. but we were unable to use because of the colder weather will deffanatly be back in the future.

Host was very hospitable in getting us set up and showing the site amenities. New fire pit which we put to use. Location close to shopping and right on the Shoal River where we kayaked.
