Located at 1674 University Parkway, we are conveniently situated between U.S. 301 and U.S. 41 (Tamiami Trail), just minutes away from the Sarasota-Bradenton Airport and a variety of local attractions. Enjoy easy access to the stunning Gulf of Mexico beaches, the renowned Ringling Museum, and the vibrant downtown Sarasota. As a cooperative owned by shareholders and guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, we prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Our campground features essential amenities, including water and sewer hookups, 30 or 50 AMP service*, and internet access on most lots, along with a picnic table for your outdoor enjoyment. Take advantage of our fantastic park amenities, which include a large heated pool, a kiddie pool, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and a coinless guest laundry facility. We are also pet-friendly, welcoming your furry companions with some breed restrictions—please call our office for more details. *Please note that there is an electric surcharge based on actual metered electric usage over 30 days.
