Private dock is available, and you're just minutes from the boat ramp. A picnic area with table, gas grill, fire pit, kayaks, and SUPs are provided. Conveniently located within an hour of both Tampa and Orlando. Property is approximately 1/4 acre and located in a quiet island community and just 10 minutes away from the famous mermaid shows at Weeki Wachee State Park. It is also an easy 30 minute drive from Crystal River and Homosassa so that you can enjoy the crystal clear waters of multiple rivers in the area. Great accommodations great location! Right on a lagoon with plenty of wildlife. Fis, porpoise, manatees seen right at the dock! Very quiet at night and day! Forest was very accommodating and friendly. I will definitely be returning!
