This property was once a beautiful farm and was owned by the Rathel family. It at one time had horses, chickens, and goats roaming about. We hope to have a garden by the summer to start to restore what this property once was. Learn more about this land: We are right outside of the City just 5 miles from The shops at Wiregrass. Only 3 miles from the Hillsborough river state park where they have a pool, biking trailer, kayaking, and hiking. We are also less than 5 miles from the flat woods park with an 11 mile bike trail both paved and off road trails. We are 17 miles from Busch gardens and about 40 miles from multiple gulf beaches. This secluded peace of property gets you close enough to everything you need yet private enough to have Peace and Serenity. If you want to travel at a low cost or just want to take a break from the city hustle this is the place for you.
