**Terms and Conditions for Our Unique Campground** Welcome to our privately owned campground, a serene escape that offers a perfect blend of nature and comfort. Here, campers can enjoy the tranquility of the outdoors while having access to essential amenities. Our campground is designed to provide a unique camping experience, surrounded by breathtaking natural features, swimming holes, and a variety of outdoor activities. Nearby, you will find charming restaurants and shops that enhance your stay. By accepting camping privileges at our campground, you acknowledge and agree to release the campground, along with its officers and employees, from any liability for loss or damage to property or personal injury that may occur during your use of our facilities. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify the campground and its staff against any claims arising from loss or damage to property or injury to any guests associated with you. You are required to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations, which are clearly posted in the office and throughout the grounds. **Cancellation Policies:** - For overnight camping, a 48-hour notice of cancellation is required, accompanied by a $10.00 service charge per reservation. - All special event camping reservations are non-refundable. - For monthly reservations, a 30-day notice is required along with a $10.00 service charge.
