Having Access to the greenway was also a plus!

If you want privacy and a quiet place to stay, rent John's land. We were the only campers there and we had an easy check in. This spot was close to St. Augustine and Palm Coast with water and 30 amp hook up. Thanks John for having us if ever in the area we would love to come again 😀

This was one of our favorite stays! It was super private and we had such a great time. Our doggies were able to run free, and it was just lovely and peaceful. It would have been perfect if there was sewer or a place to dump.

This campsite was very pretty & quiet at night! We were the only ones there & the gate was left open after dark which helped us. There was noise on the next property, but just during working hours. That didn’t bother us as we visited friends during the day. The 30 amp service & water worked as it should. There is not any dump access onsite, but the Love’s at I-95 was very close. We gassed up, got lunch from Hardee’s’ and used the $10 dump station as we were leaving Florida .

John’s land was very easy to find. The property is beautiful and clean. The site had a picnic table with overhead cover. There was a 30amp electrical hook up. We never used electrical hook up before and our first experience at John’s property was wonderful. We felt safe. We enjoyed walking the property with our dogs. They were able to go off leash. Would highly recommend. It is a wonderful spot close to St Augustine.

Great property that backs up to a bike trail from Palatka to St Augustine. Great place for the dogs to run. John was a very nice host.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet offered on John’s acreage. We were blessed to charge up our generator on our campervan with electric power. Keep in mind there are no bathrooms. Our dog loved the freedom of romping around the property.

I loved camping here. The property is spectacular. You really can’t find a more quiet and private campsite. 20 min ride to the beaches.

We had the entire place to ourselves. It was quiet and conveniently located, with water and electric. The water smelled very strongly of suffer which was not pleasant but overall we loved our stay.

Looking for a safe and convenient place to park your RV for an overnight stay? Look no further than Kitte's K-9 Acres! We recently stopped by for a quick overnight stay and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite arriving late and leaving early, we found Kitte's K-9 Acres to be the perfect stop for our needs. Not only was the location easy to find, but it was also incredibly safe and secure. We felt at ease throughout our stay, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the surrounding areas. Speaking of which, there were plenty of spacious and grassy areas for kids to play, making it a great spot for families traveling with little ones. The only minor hiccup we encountered was figuring out where to park in the dark. The spots weren't clearly defined, and we had to park next to another RV as there was only one electric box for both spots. But overall, this was a small issue that didn't detract from our overall positive experience. So if you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable overnight stay, consider Kitte's K-9 Acres.

At the last minute, before we headed home. wanted to see historic St Augustine and the closest available place for the night was John’s farm. It worked out well to have easy access and power and water so we appreciated the location a lot. Not having had the time we would have liked to try the bike trail that John mentioned was off his property. Was not sure in which direction it was in tho. We made the mistake of backing in to the site so that we were parallel to the water power hookup wall. I’d recommend parking perpendicular so your trailer is aligned east west and not north south. Also that way you are looking at the back of the property and not at the neighbors. I have mixed feelings about the property, probably because we only stayed the night and did not have the time to appreciate the location more. Good is that it’s private. Would help to know more about access to the bike trail. John communicated about the farmers market in a nearby town. This is our first hipcamp experience.

Our second stay at K9 Acres. Great place for dogs to exercise and I was even able to get a ride in on the adjacent Rails-to-Trails trail. Oh, only about a 20-30 minute easy drive to the beach. I'm sure we will be back.

Great quiet RV spot with lots of space to roam. John takes good care of his property. It was nice and mowed before we got there. Our dog and kids loved running around, building forts and exploring. The bike trail was nice and convenient too! And it is close to St Augustine and several beautiful beaches!

Nice site! Very private, water and 30A service. Paved bike trail access directly from the back of the property. We will be back when in the area.

Great private place with lots of space to let the dog run! Easy to locate and access. Also very close to st. Augustine. The owner was responsive, friendly and accommodating. Would love to stay again on our next trip! Highly recommended.

John’s land was a nice quiet getaway with easy access to St. Augustine (about 25 minutes away). He gave us plenty of privacy and was generous enough to offer us an extended stay if wanted. There is a GREAT diner just a few minutes up the road, Norma D’s, for a great breakfast option. Overall nice stay and would come again. The dogs had a great time running around at the property.Thanks John!
