This place is a simple concrete pad with water and electricity! It’s perfect for a quick over night stay to visit Monkey Island , several bars and restaurants with live music and watch the sunset by the river! Charles was always quick to respond! Great place and would stay here again! Thanks for the accommodations!

We enjoyed the location and the space. We walked down to the historic locations and docks. The space was easy to find, clean and we enjoyed our time. Beautifully trees !

Very nice level site with water and electric. Within walking distance to restaurants/ water either direction. Ice cream across the street. Road noise is a little much but we were able to block it out.

Cement pad area with large trees in the yard. Situated next to a busy road so road noise was pretty constant. There is one picnic table to share with the two sites. Not much green space as the back side area of the rental home as the RV site rentals are not allowed to use that area. The front area was also not available the first day as a sales vendor was set up . After they left we had a bit more space to walk the dogs. Good for a quick one night stay or if you have bikes or scooters to roam around. If driving just a motor home it’s probably not the best for longer stays.

We were told that the site was tight-and it was, but, I managed to back our Ram and 28 foot trailer into place with 3 or 4 back and forth manouvers as there was another unit in the adjoining spot. The pad is concrete and level. TAlthough the site is right next to a street, the noise was minimal. I think wifi was supposed to be available but we could never connect. Just used our own data. Close to everything in Homosassa. The bottom line is that we would rebook this site for sure.

This is a great location in Homosassa. It is right off Yulee Road but really not noisy at night. You have a concrete pad, 50 amp & water.
Charles was a great host & answered any questions we had. Two Pops is next door for breakfast. Close to lots of restaurants & th8ngs to do. We really enjoyed staying there.

The pad was a little tight for 2 campers, water pressure and power was ok
the site had quite a few cigarette butts and small trash.
The wifi was not very reliable. The other campers were not around much, but when they were there seemed to be a lot of shouting. Also they seem to have a cat they let run free, even when they were not home(kind of a problem with our 2 dogs).

Over all good camping, being close to the main road in Homosassa meant
some road noise, but not too bad at night.
Could have been a little cleaner, lots of cigarette butts and small trash around, neighbors(spot #1) were noisy at times.

This was our first time using Hipcamp and we were not disappointed. Jacob Tree RV parking is located on a beautiful property surrounded by gorgeous trees. Although located near a street, the noise level was minimal. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. If needed, golf cart rentals are available. We enjoyed a beautiful 3 hour river cruise from the Safari River Cruise shop located right next to the RV spot. Our host answered my call immediately and was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Unfortunately we were unable to stay. We have a 34 foot 5th wheel. We could have maneuvered into the spot, but not without going into the yard. There had been a lot of rain, and did not want to put ruts or tear up the lawn. We were also afraid we would get stuck and have to be towed out. It is a single wide drive to enter property and then turns into a double. We were unable to make the swing without going into the grass. The owner was very apologetic and promptly refunded our money.

Jacob's Tree was absolutely beautiful, the trees were breathtaking. It was very quite during the night, somewhat noisy during the day as a lot of traffic goes by, but lots of things to explore and places to eat all within walking distance. 10/10 recommended

Two Big Rigs - Had a Blast!

We arrived with two campers - a 29’ travel trailer (34’ overall) and a 34’ fifth wheel. It took a little creative turning but we fit them both in just fine. Patience was the key. Getting out was easier and we agreed we’d definitely do it again.
Owner was there when we arrived to give us his contact info in case we needed anything.
We really enjoyed the cozy, semi-private atmosphere of this location. There are campgrounds nearby that don’t necessarily offer this, which is why we opted for this spot. It felt safe and despite some road noise, was actually quite peaceful.
We went to Two Pops right next door twice for breakfast and lunch. There was also an ice cream spot called Ice Cream Barr within walking distance that is delicious. We recommend both spots.
We had a golf cart with us and it was nice to have it to pop down to the water to grab drinks and a bite at MacRae’s.

The two sites fit our 5th wheel and our son’s camper fit nicely, we like them 🥰. If you have two 35’ rigs, you’ll need to have parking experience. Water and electricity worked as needed. The location was absolutely perfect, and the breakfast and lunch place next-door had really good food.
Rick was very helpful and kind. Honestly, some of the road noise was a little loud, but it was in no way a dealbreaker for the weekend.

At first we were somewhat skeptical about staying there as it is fairly close to the road but it wasn't a problem and we will look to stay there again. The host was very responsive and the local representative we met was very nice and helpful.

Level cement site with water and 50amp hookup. Charles was very quick to reply to messages. While next to the road (separated by a cute white fence), we didn’t experience any real road noise at all. The sandwich shop next door also serves a great breakfast! Bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Charles was very communicative & helpful. He told us where we could launch our kayaks and gave great suggestions of where we could paddle. The land is beautiful with mature trees that provided lots of shade. The location is fantastic-less that half a mile to the river restaurants. We had a great stay and would happily come back again!
