My wife and I stayed on this very spot in January 2020 and fell in LOVE with it! Being relative newbies to RVing, we wanted something private but also wanted a beach front vacation without spending 5K for a house. So, we decided to start searching. Turns out, there isn't a whole lot of RV hookup spots right on the beach. But, we ran across this lovely privately owned gulf front lot on Cape San Blas in Florida and stayed for a week that January. We loved it so much we tried to book it again in May of that year, but it was of course booked the entire month. So, we booked another spot and headed to the cape in May anyway. We wanted to see our favorite spot again, so we drove by one day and low and behold, it was for sale. We couldn't pass up an opportunity to own something we fell in love with so quickly, so we took the jump, and bought it! And now, we can share it with all of you. Treat yourself to a beach front vacation in your own "home" and enjoy the journey friends. You only live once!

This campsite offers a peaceful and private atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. The location is ideal for beach access, with a short walk leading to a less crowded shoreline, allowing for quiet strolls and star gazing. While most visitors enjoyed the setup and appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance, some noted that the path to the beach has sand spurs, suggesting it might be worth planning ahead for pets. Overall, visitors recommend this spot for its tranquility and beautiful surroundings, making it a favored choice for return trips.

Camp site was perfect. All hookups worked flawlessly and had plenty of room for rig, car, and activties. We had a fabulous time! Stayed a week with our pup, and besides the sand spurs along the path to the beach, (planning to bring puppy shoes for our next stay) she had so much fun. We ate at local restaurant, Hunts, and had delicious oysters and grouper - dog friendly on their porch. Would reccomend and will stay again.

Great site, tight for bigger RV’s!
39 ft fifth wheel
We loved the lot and proximity to the beach. The neighbors are close but not on top of you. The site was well maintained. Deck, shower & grill area seemed well kept, although we did not utilize the grills.
Definitely double check photos and specs if you have a bigger rig. We’re in a 40ft fifth wheel with a king cab truck, and although we made it in, and thankfully out, it would’ve been a nightmare had the neighbors not been gracious (and their fence open) and allowed us to pull into their driveway a bit. There are 3 palm trees that make pulling in/out for longer setups very tight.
Also make sure you decide your hookup situation & which way you will face before you go! I missed the note about the location of the hookups and we had to go grab another length of sewer pipe to make it work for us.
All in all a peaceful and enjoyable trip! 5/5 stars for anyone with a smaller rig!

The perfect camp night

What a special place! Absolutely perfect for us. We are traveling to see all the state parks and springs in Florida and needed a private site as our original plan was full. We were able to pull in and catch the sunset. Beautiful private walkway to the beach. Felt like we were the only ones in our own little rv park while everyone else was in vacation homes. We absolutely LOVED it. Privacy. Beautiful star gazing, wonderful place. We usually visit each place once but this is a spot we will come back to for sure! Thank you!

Great location with beach access
26 ft Class C
This is a great location for exploring the Cape San Blas beaches, specifically from the point up to the old lighthouse area. It's also an easy drive into Port St Joe. There was a clear path to the sand through the dunes from the site. The site was as described. Utilities were in working order and stable. The picnic table has one full side of seating broken off and completely gone. For a family of 4, this could be an issue. For us, a couple, it didn't matter. The neighborhood is quite and the neighboring homes are in good, quality condition. The road to the site is really rough with two major potholes that fill with water if it rains. Take it really slow.

Awesome spot on the beach!

Spent the month of February at this gem by the beach.
It was nearly perfect. The weather in February has some cooler days.
This is the 4th spot we've rented in Port St Joe, and it's our favorite.
The beach access can't be beat.
The location isn't on a through street, so traffic is nonexistent.
We had a question, and the owners responded immediately.
Great folks to rent from, and we will be going back for sure!

By far the best campsite we have found in this area. The location was absolutely perfect. We felt like we had our own beach. Having private beach access was amazing! The hookups, the lot, everything was 10/10! There is not one thing that could have made the spot any better. Already looking to book our next trip.

This was our first visit to the forgotten coast of Pt Saint Joe and we had just a lovely time with this perfect location! We loved the state park just down the road and enjoyed a snorkeling and sunset tour in town. Justin and Misty were helpful with answering any questions and replying promptly!
If I were to share one piece of information for future visitors- this is a sleepy little town and most restaurants/stores close around 9pm. This town is not the fast pace tourist beach town that some may be used to. There is no late night dinners after a long day on the beach. That being said, we loved how quiet this town is! There’s no fighting traffic to get back to your rental or super long waits at restaurants (the Italian Kitchen and Sparks was so delicious!!)
Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven!

Great gulf front lot
45 ft travel trailer
This is such a great gulf front lot. It's pretty level with small gravel lining the driveway. Nice little raised deck and a charcoal grill available for your use. We had no problem pulling in with our Airstream and getting our truck out of the way for use. The path to the gulf is clear and the beach is amazing! Double bag your garbage or place in the bed of your truck until you leave as there's at least one bobcat tipping the trash can over to get to the contents. Would love to go back sometime.

Wow! Where to begin. We had the best time at Justin & Misty’s land. The beach was beautiful and so private. We were the only people there.
The dark sky did not disappoint - even with an almost full moon, I do believe it when they say Cape San Blas is a Bortle 2.
Excellent spot. Excellent stay!
