Hosts greeted us upon arrival and were nice and accommodating. They were never intrusive but gave great communication. Just a pleasant peaceful stay for a last minute booking to catch the Artemis 2 launch.

What a great place to stage from to watch launches. We even woke to one early morning. Lots of room. The gate to the backyard is a tight fit but totally do able. Brandon even came out to help spot us through. Communication was fabulous and we were greeted upon arrival by the family.

We would stay again. No frills but reasonably quite ( a couple trains and a dog in the distance) nice grass a couple of shady spots but most are full sun. Our “site” (there is nothing to delineate a spot it’s just a big backyard) backed up to a cow pasture which made for a decent view and a distinct but not overpowering cow smell.

We didn't make it to the campsite due to terrible traffic. Brandon graciously refunded us even though I told him not to worry about it. He will definitely be on our list in the future for watching another rocket launch.

Great place to set up my tent

I stayed here for one night as I passed through the area on a motorcycle trip. I did not meet Brandon, the host, but did speak to him on the phone. He came across as a very accommodating host and decent person.
The property where I set up my tent was his back yard which was flat, mowed, fenced in, and quiet. I felt very safe and would stay here again. I would recommend it to others.
There was no bathroom or other facilities but that was not a problem for me. There are stores, gas stations, and fast food restaurant not far away.

It's a great neighborhood. It's well drained, so it wasn't bad after a huge storm. It only took about 30 minutes to get to Playalinda Beach to watch the Space X launch.

Eastern Florida Convenient & Quiet

My husband, daughter and I wanted a place to camp in Florida that was decently central to a lot of attractions. Upon searching the state parks and other HipCamp options, we couldn’t find anything that was a.) available or b.) affordable.
Enter Brandon’s place. We booked an almost week-long stay with him. Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed by his wife and daughter. We had a choice of spots in which to park. We found out that we had easy drives to watch a SpaceX launch, Cape Canaveral National Seashore, a county park with an Enchanted Forest nature center and hikes, Titusville (lots of local eats and shopping and playgrounds), Blue spring State Park to see manatees and an hour long drive to Disney. This was exactly what we were looking for. Convenience with a rural feel.
We felt very comfortable and safe in Brandon’s neighborhood. We had plenty of privacy. My daughter enjoyed a walk and bike ride on the road in front of the house. The road was quiet and never had any noticeable traffic. Brandon answered my messages quickly.
I highly recommend this HipCamp to anyone wanting to explore eastern Florida. The experiences were never-ending and the spot was well worth the money (which was nothing compared to other spots we looked at). The cows and donkey out back were icing on the cake. My daughter loved them!
If we ever return to the area, Brandon’s place will be our first choice!

This is a big, very nice backyard. It's a great space with a pasture in the back. So, this isn't the great outdoors, but it's in a safe, quiet neighborhood and Brandon and his family are fantastic.

Brandon's place is lovely! There's a great breeze in the evening and shade during the heat of the day. You may wish to double check if anyone else has also booked the space too, as the yard is quite large but there's no privacy really between campers if more than one person or group is staying at a time. I was fortunate enough to have the space mostly to myself during my stay, but on the last day another couple did pull in and I realized quickly there would be little privacy between us. But if you need a safe quiet spot, this is a great site! I'd definitely stay again if passing through!

This is ultimate serene, quiet location. Loved waking to the fresh breeze and watching the mamas and baby cows graze. The site is close to many adventures, hiking, airboat riding, sailing, and the marina. Beautiful clean location. Brandon and his family are dog friendly.

We booked one night and then stayed the next night too. It was really quiet overnight and we slept really well.
There was a Space X launch at 1AM and it was awesome to watch from the campsite even though it was partly cloudy.
