Sandy is wonderful. Truly the best host. The campsites at his place are great. His dog is the cutest. It’s nice and private and safe and cozy feeling. It’s really a beautiful property with a host that has the most beautiful personality to match. Love love LOVED staying and will stay as long as we can and will come back again! I definitely recommend staying at Sandy’s (Samuels) place. I can’t say enough what a nice place the set up is and how nice he is. 10/10 service all around and 100/10 for the host! Truly amazing sweet guy and the best campsite the accommodated all of my needs for my camper and trip.

As advertised and a safe stay for the night. Host was social and offered many great recommendations and helped us settle in. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe. Campsite is in a suburban setting with some road noise and ambient lighting but was generally quiet and private - a real joy. Appreciate the host’s generosity, attention to detail and offers for restaurants, etc. Concrete pad was solid and professional. Great stay.

My husband & I recently stayed @ Sammy’s places & it was EXACTLY what we needed! From BEFORE we arrived, he answered every question I had, to gave me direct directions, even gave us a STUPENDUOIS welcome when we arrived. It was BY FAR the best weekend, and we will gladly keep him in mind, when we are in the area again!!!

I’m traveling on my own and booked the site last minute because of a mixup at a nearby campground- I’m grateful for the spot and the electricity but I have to say I was very uncomfortable. The cement pad was level but my roadtrek nearly popped a tire hopping up onto it.
When I arrived the host repeated several times that he’d been drinking tequila and made a flirtatious comment about my appearance (I was wearing a sweater and a floor length skirt but it shouldn’t matter, that was inappropriate.)
I spent the night fine quietly in my camper and tried to give him the benefit of the doubt- he hadn’t known I’d be there until a few minutes before and it’s a Friday night, drink if you want.
But the next morning when I was trying to leave he tried to get me to stay by offering an outdoor shower, then when I said no he tried to convince me again by saying the water is heated and I could shower for a long time.
I was very creeped out. Wish I could leave a better review.

A good site to park for the night or 2. The site has a new, clean & level cement pad with 30 amp electric hook-up and water available. Convienant location.. Our host Samuel was very friendly and helpful!

It was the perfect spot for our 2 nights in Cocoa / Merritt Island being out most the day and sleeping well at night. The host was very responsive to communication, clear arrival instructions, but was also there to welcome us. Clean, flat site as described. We'd definitely book again.

Samuel is a great host he is continuously trying to make upgrades to his sites.
He is willing to help you in almost anyway!
This site is safe a secure. This site does have electricity although weak it is enough to run a few things like a 20 amp battery charger. Not quite enough to run any appliances in you're camper such as converter / microwave or Ac refrigerator.
Still a good deal if you are slightly off grid capable.

We really enjoyed being at this hipcamp. Samuel was so welcoming and helpful. It is centrally located for all sorts of activities north and south. We enjoyed the little downtown area of Cocoa. If time allowed, we would have stayed longer.

This is a wonderful Hipcamp. It is quiet and serene. The concrete pad was plenty big and flat and the hookups worked perfectly. Sandy, our host, was so kind and friendly. You can see rocket launches from the yard! What’s not to love?

This was fantastic place for me to camp.
I have a 25 foot trailer that fits perfect on the new concrete pad. He has 30 amp power box and water installed in an ideal location.
I went to Merritt Island every day. It's a quick and easy trip from this location.
He was very personable and helpful knew the area well recommending places of interest along with good restaurants to eat at. I will definitely be back when I'm in this area.

Great place! Host had great communication before and during our stay, he was very welcoming and helpful. The site itself is very well taken care of and private, also perfectly level and the water/electric worked great. Location is close to everything as well.
