Edit this property description on Hipcamp with proper grammar and punctuation: The Captain's Lair is located in Gilchrist County, FL. This spot offers easy pull-in for 30'. There is 30 amp and water hookup, no sewer. Plenty of woods-n-trees for quiet and relaxation. You might even spot a squirrel, deer, turkey, raccoon, possum, tortoise, hawk, cardinals and more---you get it. Within 4 miles to Santa Fe River (and boat ramp), within 8 to Ginnie Springs/Poe Springs/Gilchrist Blue Springs for swimming, scuba, etc. There is a firepit for gentle campfires. Campfire wood provided. MAKE SURE TO CALL CAPT. RHAN BEFORE COMING. Access road is graded limerock. Campsite hidden driveways are solid grass/dirt (no limerock). Quiet time 10 pm until 6 am. The wild animals want to sleep, too. No pets allowed. Owner has friendly dog, but do not invite or interact. Maximum 2 adults. No children. 3 miles to nearest gas station/store. 12 miles to nearest grocery store and towns of High Springs, Trenton, or Ft. White. MAKE SURE TO CALL CAPT. RHAN BEFORE COMING.
