5645 Bay Boulevard is 2 blocks off US 19 in Port Richey Florida. The property is 1 mile east of the Gulf Of Mexico. There are 5 restaurants on the water that are a short ride bicycle, golf cart or 1 wheel ride away. One is a Hooters. Within 2 blocks is a Dunkin Donuts, Culvers and Hardees. Walmart is accessible without driving on 19. If you need fuel there is a WaWa and Walmart station. The Veteran's Expressway is a short drive east which makes a drive to the Tampa Fairgrounds less than 1 hour. We have a 50 amp covered full hook up spot, a 50 amp with water spot and 6 plus boondocking spots. We have a place to dump and refill the water tank. We aren't fancy, just very convenient.
Convenience is what makes our property special. We enjoy being able to help people save while enjoying a nice safe place to stay

Boulevard Landing offers a peaceful and convenient camping experience, perfect for those who want easy access to both nature and amenities. Guests appreciate the privacy and security of the site, alongside the full hook-ups and Wi-Fi that make stays comfortable and hassle-free. The hosts are consistently praised for being welcoming and responsive, enhancing the overall experience. While some reviews note the proximity to nearby apartments, the location's benefits, such as walking distance to shops and restaurants, outweigh any minor inconveniences.
I had a fantastic stay at this Hipcamp! The site was super easy to get to, with a big concrete slab perfect for my RV. It was close to the beaches, so getting out and about was a breeze. The place was quiet, and the hosts were really respectful—they gave me my space. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was a big bonus! I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.
Our second time here & it was another great stay. Great location. We even got to attend Hooked on seafood fest at the park. So close we could walk to Waterfront Park. Close to Whiskey Joe's, Catches, Whiskey River & more. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
Super nice people live here! It's really close to anything you could ever need. Walmart is right next door, fast food is within walking distance, the port is walking distance as well as many seafood restaurants on the water. Really really nice place
Very comfortable place to stay.
Privacy from the other camp spots in the yard but if your a trailer camper your door opens to a short fence and the apartments next door.
Very nice folks and great to have full power , water and dump on the site.
Will definitely return
Very secure site, close to everything and a great space for stretching out! Host is welcoming and all site utilities work well. We would return again if in the area!
Lovely stay. It was very cold while we were here, and we were grateful for the wind break being by the house! We managed to get out a bit, and look forward to coming back to explore when the weathers’s a bit warmer. Very convenient walk to Walmart and a few parks. Easy to find and good communication.
Boulevard Landing is a perfect name for this place. I'm just bopping around Florida and found this to be a wonderful landing spot. I love the Port Richey area and wanted to spend some time near the Anclote River. This place is near it all. The folks here are very friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up!
Super nice guys, great communication, and got me situated right away when I got there. If you’re looking for an overnight stop right off the 19, this is your jam.
Great place to stay for a couple of nights during our trip. The space was exactly as described and well priced. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. It felt safe, was easy to get in and out of, and was conveniently located near several parks we wanted to visit, with plenty of shopping options nearby. There’s also fast food within walking distance.
We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed the easy access to everything. Port richey had local parks where we enjoyed sunset paddle boarding and a good coffee shop nearby in the historic downtown area. We even drove down to Venice beach from here. Solid spot 👍
We loved staying here for the night! Super convenient to US19, Mature landscaping- great trees!! Shady spot securely near the home. Felt safe and secure! Walking distance to Walmart for supplies! Very responsive and friendly family we dealt with! Will definitely return!!
Okay yes actually this place is a hidden treasure Pier we had a very enjoyable time and everything was very conveniently set up. I would highly recommend this place.
Great little stopping spot with easy access to everything! Property manager John, kindly showed me the available space & I had plenty of room & was able to park easily. As a single lady, I felt it was safe & easy to navigate :)
Stayed at Rick’s place for 7 nights. Plenty of room on the concrete slab in front of the garage for our 40ft class A and room to park our tow. Wasn’t able to get completely level, but close enough. Location is convenient and within walking distance to Walmart, Culver’s, Arby’s and more. Only had 20amp plug in, but sufficient to run our fridge. Would stay again for a short time.
We had a pleasant stay. The property was just 10 miles from Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Greek Town. We did sightseeing there, dined in a couple of restaurants & had drinks at the Tarpon Springs Distillery.
There are also 3 or 4 places to kayak within a few miles. We took our kayak to Anclote Key Preserve State Park.
The site was easy to get in to with 50 amp electric, water, sewer and WIFI. There was a small issue with the sewer that the owner fixed as soon as I told him about it.
Although the site is pretty much in the city, we backed in so our passenger side faced the house & the driver's side faced a wooded strip that was kind of scenic. In general, it was a quiet area and not much traffic noise.
Staying the night at Rick’s place was exactly what we needed. It was a concrete level pad, covered, with water/electric/sewage hook-ups. Park was near enough to walk to and we rode our bikes to the Pirate Bar for a few drinks and then on to Whiskey Joes to eat dinner. We were greeted upon arrival and our dogs were allowed to camp there as well. It’s a safe place to stay.
Rick's was quick to reply and provided a prompted greeting upon arrival. I was fortunate to come across his listing. Would recommend and or would book again in the future.
